settings to increase mouse cursor size
Please add the ability to adjust settings for a connected mouse. Currently a wireless mouse connection is helpful but I cannot adjust the size of the pointer (which is too small to see from distance) or the tracking speed.

Create a copy of an existing Lumio file within IQ
I looked into creating a copy of a lesson. It appears that at the moment, it's only possible to create a copy of local whiteboard/notebook files (you can press the Share icon on the left hand navigation bar while the file is open in the Whiteboard app, then press "Save a Copy" to make a copy of the file. BUT for Lumio lessons, there currently does not appear to be a way to save a copy of an existing lesson within iQ. A workaround would be to login to Lumio on the iQ browser and create a copy there.

Sort panels so I can see if they are online on the list
I need to be able to see what panels are connected and up and running. it could be nice to see it in the list... not only what panels have connected today.

reset volume value over night automatically
Allow us to reset volume to a certain value every night. so has not been set LOUD the day before and you get a heart attack in the morning.

push web shortcuts remotely
Let us make web shortcuts in the RDM and push them out on the devices. At our school we have some urls that are used on multiple panels and it would be great to place them on the panel front page remotely.

Quick log in change in iQ
Teachers in our schools share classrooms and access iQ with their SMART account on SMART Board MX. Further equipment to be deployed further in the coming years.
Quick log in in iQ on MX V3 is not possible as there is a need to fulfill the SMART ID each time a teacher needs to disconnect to ensure the panel is ready for the next colleague to authenticate. Could there be a way to ensure quick log in be enabled for teachers to be able to begin class without the hassle to populate email/password each time someone logged out?2 votesThe upcoming iQ 3.17 update for the MX-V3 in the Fall 2025 will have the ability for users to sign in to their display by scanning a QR code from their mobile phone. This greatly simplifies the login workflow. Stayed tuned.

Login with own Active Directory
Since many schools have their own Microsoft or Samba Active Directory domain controller, it would be great to use those in order of Google/Microsoft-Mails to authenticate in every way.

A customized Enterprise IQ.
We need a new IQ Design for enterprise. Customiezd with employes and hosts. Not students and teachers. Change the IQ Log in Icon from student to a neutral icon. its based on education.

Start Location of Page
Start from the upper left-hand corner rather than the middle. If a teacher needs more space, then zooms out, now the notes are in the center of the page. This makes it hard for students to understand the order of notes. Bring back ability to swipe left or zoom out to space that doesn't expand the left-hand border. Could also make this option to "flip" and keep right-hand size aligned for those countries that write right to left.
Or extend down like in notebook.

Options for Sharing Files to Panel
The users that I work with would love the ability to save Lumio or Notebook files directly to the Kapp iQ 'files' folder as a 'Board File'. This would be helpful when a teacher has to cover another teacher, so the lesson is already on the board.

Pen support for specific Android apps
It would be awesome if SMART iQ™ could detect installed apps like Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Onenote, or Microsoft PowerPoint which are all equipped with a pen feature and then de-activate the ink layer of SMART iQ™ and select the pen tool in these apps as soon as the user grabs a pen of the SMART Board® interactive display. So basically the same behavior of SMART Ink™ on a Windows PC.

Removed feature from IQ 3.7. Creating Webb Links As Apps
Hey SMART,
We would like to still have an option to add webb links in the App section of the Display. Which was a function you had on IQ 3.7.
Where you clicked the + sign to add Apps. And then typed in the search bar. It showed web results. And if you clicked on one it created a shortcut to the website. In the "Apps" section.

Disabled Message on Display

Clear Canvas Function in Whiteboard
Few versions back we were allowed to clear the canvas, but after updating we can't or it was taken away. Please add this function back!!! Instead of adding pages, we just would like to clear the whiteboard.

Allow granular security permissions for User Accounts
Currently in RMS you can choose between 'Admin, User, Observer, Techer' and these permissions do not make much sense. It would be nice to set Granular Permissions to certain accounts like if I want my Help Desk to only be able to Remote Control Boards.

Add the input method "Cangjie" or "Hand writing" for Chinese
Please add the input method "Cangjie" or "Hand writing" for Chinese input. Sometime we need to search some picture or topic in Chinese at Browser. But now it is just only "Pinyin" input method for Chinese. The "Pinyin" is difficult for Hong Kong Users. Thanks !

Saving on Notebook Player when using the SMART Ink app
When I upload an image with the SMART Ink App and then send it to the board there is no way for me to save the edits which I make to this! Every time I leave the document I lose all changes and it reverts to it's original saved format. When this be fixed?
