Disabled Message on Display

It would be great if you could show a message on the Display, when a specific app through the Remote Management is disabled. Like "This app is disabled"

Clear Canvas Function in Whiteboard
Few versions back we were allowed to clear the canvas, but after updating we can't or it was taken away. Please add this function back!!! Instead of adding pages, we just would like to clear the whiteboard.

Allow granular security permissions for User Accounts
Currently in RMS you can choose between 'Admin, User, Observer, Techer' and these permissions do not make much sense. It would be nice to set Granular Permissions to certain accounts like if I want my Help Desk to only be able to Remote Control Boards.

Add the input method "Cangjie" or "Hand writing" for Chinese
Please add the input method "Cangjie" or "Hand writing" for Chinese input. Sometime we need to search some picture or topic in Chinese at Browser. But now it is just only "Pinyin" input method for Chinese. The "Pinyin" is difficult for Hong Kong Users. Thanks !

Saving on Notebook Player when using the SMART Ink app
When I upload an image with the SMART Ink App and then send it to the board there is no way for me to save the edits which I make to this! Every time I leave the document I lose all changes and it reverts to it's original saved format. When this be fixed?

How to work with the module in class, logging in hiding content on my screen for students
This is more of a question for the developers! If the module/Smartboard is the only computer in the classroom, how does the teacher get access to her or his content in the safest and quickest way? I'm also wondering how the teacher should work the module while take attendence in class or if he or she wants to hide the content of the screen for the students.

Whiteboard icon to only launchable from toolbar and not in the home screen.
The customer would like a cleaner appearance for their Kiosk Mode home screen. Specifically, they would prefer the Whiteboard icon not to be displayed on the home screen and instead be accessible through the navigation toolbar, where it is easier for users to launch. This is because the home screen background is used to display instructional information, and the presence of the icon obstructs that content. Additionally, the customer is unable to reposition or move the icon, which limits their ability to customize the layout and maintain a clean, uncluttered display.

As a district using SMART Board RX displays in Shared Mode, we would like user personalization to roam with the user's SMART Account across all SMART Board interactive displays.Today, SMART ID cards successfully authenticate users and display their profile name and picture, but personalized settings remain on the individual display where they were created.
We would like a user's complete SMART profile to automatically load when they sign in on any SMART Board in the organization.

Please show all recent apps on the home page. We upgraded from the AM40 to AM60 and the biggest complaint is that Lumio nor Chrome apps show in the recent items. The teachers really miss that.

With iQ 4.6.2, the Home screen replaces Settings with Input and Lumio. Input is now exposed both on the Home screen and in the navigation bar, creating duplication.Feedback:

Display Center options
Presently, there is no way in the display center app to set the default display mode to Duplicate the image as was the only option in Previous displays. the mode defaults to extended, there is no way to change this. Making it impossible to use this output via RS232 command.

Input widget for SMART iQ 4
Hi SMART Team,
Please consider adding a home screen widget to the input app (com.smarttech.iq.avinput.service) for SMART iQ 4 that allows users to preselect an input source directly—without needing to open the full input app first and then choose the desired input.
For example, if a teacher consistently uses USB-C-1 for their laptop, it would be extremely convenient to have a home screen widget on SMART iQ 4 that switches to this input with a single tap.

Auf dem SMART Board GX175G-V4 ist es im Whiteboard so, dass wenn man bei den Formen eine Linie malt, oder einen Kreis, diese mit Zahlen beschriftet werden. Es zeigt keine cm Zahl etc. sondern eine Zahl als Referenz, damit man gleich große Objekte Zeichnen kann. IQ4: Navigation toolbar VS Annotation toolbar
On IQ4 (AM60), while on full screen mode for presentations or playing video and trying to call the navigation menu bar by pulling up from the bottom of the screen, the annotation tools bar shows up and blocks the system toolbar from view/touch. It happens all the time and teachers have been complaining a lot about it. Is it possible to make the annotation bar show up in a place where it doesn't block the navigation bar?

Add Primary Writing / Drawing Paper to Backgrounds in Whiteboard App

Some audio impaired kids use audio devices that can connect either via jack or USB or bluetooth to the board.
Android iQ does not provide a capability to use multiple audio output at the same time so that the impaired student as well as the other students can listen at the same time to an audio / video resource.
