Re-order pages in the page sorter
Teachers would like the ability to re-order pages in the page sorter in the Whiteboard app (non lumio users). This would allow teachers to combine whiteboards and ensure the order is correct. This provides clarity for students allows them to follow along without jumping around.

whiteboard proportion
And an option in whiteboard to remember the proportions for slides in a notebook. When reopening a whiteboard notebook, the last state of the slide (in terms of zoom/sizing) should be maintained.
Currently the proportions of things typically are smaller (zoomed out) when reopening a whiteboard notebook.

whiteboard indicator for multiple slides
Add a visual cue in the Whiteboard app to indicate when there are multiple pages. Adding something like parallel lines to the right of the "page sorter" would be a good cue to communicate that there are multiple pages.
Currently, there is a number indicator, but if you are on page 1, there is not a way to tell if there are more pages without clicking on the "page sorter" or "page forward" button.

Split pages in Whiteboard App
Split to pages in the Whiteboard App. I see this as part of the 3-dot menu in the page viewer. Selecting this option from the page you are on, would allow you to select another page in the viewer. When selected, the first page where the option was chosen would appear to the right, and the page selected from the viewer would appear on the left. (Similar to opening a "new window" from the Chrome App. An enhancement to this would also be allowing one whiteboard file to be opened alongside of another whiteboard file.

ich habe hierzu ein Ticket erstellt SMART Fallnummer # 00871736, darin wurde mir empfohlen hier einen Wunsch zu äußern.
Auf dem SMART Board GX175G-V4 ist es im Whiteboard so, dass wenn man bei den Formen eine Linie malt, oder einen Kreis, diese mit Zahlen beschriftet werden. Es zeigt keine cm Zahl etc. sondern eine Zahl als Referenz, damit man gleich große Objekte Zeichnen kann. Die Kundin von uns möchte einfach Linien malen und Kreise, aber keine Beschriftungen haben, so wie es bei fast jedem Mal/Zeichenprogramm der Fall ist. Add Primary Writing / Drawing Paper to Backgrounds in Whiteboard App
Primary teachers would like to have the primary writing paper as a background option. This has a blank space for drawing on the top half and lines for writing on the bottom half.

Chalkboard Mode or App
Would it be possible to add a "chalkboard" mode to the IQ whiteboard application or add an application identical to the Whiteboard app but with Black background and default White ink to emulate an old fashion chalkboard. Yes page background and pen can be manually set but it has to be repeated every page.

Make Whiteboard Toolbar Collapsable
The whiteboard menu is large and gets in the way of using the whole screen. It would be very helpful if you could collapse or be partially dragged off the side of the visible screen.
Additionally, having the option to nest the toolbar to the side of the screen would be an improvement to the current floating whiteboard toolbar.

Implement Dynamic Guides for Object Alignment
The current lack of precise alignment tools in the Lumio workspace significantly hinders workflow efficiency. Users waste considerable time manually aligning objects (images, text boxes, and icons) because basic functions like automatic centering are missing.
We request the immediate implementation of Dynamic Guides (also known as Smart Guides), similar to those found in Adobe products (even free software such as Adobe Express).

gesperrte Canvas-Position als Standard setzen
Selten bis nie musste ich bislang auf dem Whiteboard zoomen, weil es einfach groß ist. Meist zoom oder verzieht man das Whiteboard eher versehentlich, was besonders dann problematisch ist, wenn das ganze Whiteboard verkleinert wird und das ursprüngliche Bild nur noch das mittlere Neuntel des Whiteboards bedeckt. Diese Funktion ist nicht nur nicht nützlich, sie sorgt auch noch dafür, dass sich die Stiftdicke ändert (weil ja alles andere geschrumpft ist) und zerschießt komplett die Hintergrundbilder (gerne mal testen, sieht desaströs aus).
Durch die neue "Canvas sperren" Option, kann man dem entgegenwirken, doch ist es mühselig, das erst einzeln bei jeder…

Auto Save or Save Button
We are struggling with information moving around on us or being deleted throughout the day on a particular white board we utilize at work daily. An option to Auto save every few minutes or an easy access button on the toolbar to save changes to a file would be very helpful instead of having to upload and overwrite the file every time we want to save something.

Line drawing tool
The whiteboard toolset for 7075 v.2 and above needs a significant update, a line drawing tool is absolutely necessary, our University Accounting and Economics courses need a feature like this when using your product.

To manage expectations, this first Lines/Arrows release will not include connectors on shapes, but that is forthcoming. We just need more time to build that functionality.

Text Feature - Color Choices
We like to use the text option on our whiteboard sometimes instead of the writing to text option. We are not able to change the color of the text in this situation.
It would be very helpful if when you use the drop down options on each item you create on the whiteboard (where you can delete, lock, move to front, etc.) there was an option to change the color of the object or text.

Simple line, arrow & shape drawing tool for IQ Whiteboard on MX
I really need some basic drawing tools in the native IQ Whiteboard without having to connect to a PC to use Smart Notebook. The simplest of drawing tools like arrows, lines and basic shapes would be ideal. Today I wanted to split my MX screen to show 2 ways to complete a maths problem. I’d love to be able to choose draw - line - and using the pen, draw a simple straight line. I don’t want to have to keep a PC beside the board to mirror to it as I use my PC less and less these days.…
5 votesThe iQ4 update released today (December 11, 2024) includes a shape tool and text creator tool. We will be adding lines/arrows in the new year. We will also be updating shapes and text to include more formatting options.
If your school is not yet using iQ4, talk to your IT Admin on what possibilities are available to upgrade.

screen time out
We use a certain white board file daily in our business. Every night, the board goes to "sleep" and locks. When we unlock the screen in the morning, it defaults to the home screen and we have to open the document back up and get to the page that we are currently working on. It would be beneficial to have an option for when we unlock the screen from sleeping overnight, it opens to the whiteboard file that we were working on the day before.
