Set the sleep time value (seconds)" to "Set the 'Screen timeout in SRM The SRM setting "Set the sleep time value (seconds)" currently controls the 'Screen timeout' on the iQ 4 board, not the "Go to standby mode" setting. This caused confusion for the customer, who thought they were changing the standby setting.
Customer Suggested Change 1: Rename it to "Set the 'Screen timeout' value" to make it clearer.
Customer Suggested Change 2: Instead of requiring users to input the number of seconds, provide options that match the available settings shown in iQ Settings, such as 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc. This would make the interface more user-friendly and consistent..

The name reverts to its original after the change. In the SRM (Smart Remote Management) portal, after the customer renames the panel, the name reverts to the original after some time. Additionally, the customer would like to receive alerts or notifications to confirm if the panel has been successfully renamed.

Download PDFs to Lumio In the current IQ running on the AM60s in my district, all whiteboard files are saved locally to the board. Currently, in order to share whiteboard files to lumio, they have to be shared to Google Drive on the board, opened in Drive, then opened in lumio. It would be a much more streamlined process if, like on the previous IQ, teachers had the option to automatically save whiteboard files and PDFs directly to Lumio and save to the clout.
1 voteThan you for your patience, Audrey. Saving to Lumio and choosing Lumio as your default file location will be included in our next iQ update.

Push websites to board through SRM I need to be able to push websites to Smartboards through SRM. Specifically, I am trying to push out a Google Drive link so that teachers can all access the same files without having to manually sign in and open them.
This would also allow them to edit the files from their computer and and be auto synced to the link on the board instead of having to manually upload a file via USB or something and having to reupload it anytime something changes (like a PowerPoint or word doc)

password It would be nice to have the device boot directly to a lock screen of some sort. Our students realized if the screen is locked they can reboot the tv and access the default user profile which allows access to apps and the web browser

Text and Formatting on Lumio doesn’t match SmartBoard. Texts and formatting created on Lumio should look the same when opened on the SmartBoard. Currently, I don’t see the point of creating lessons on Lumio when they don’t transfer that way to the SmartBoard for when I am teaching. It’s quite frustrating.

label icons Labeling the icons on the new SMART iQ home screen would be very helpful. In previous versions, the "circles" said what they were, but now. there are a whole bunch of new icons that are not recognizable to teachers without taking getting started courses or googling them somehow. Since it's iQ, we can't even hover over them to see what they are, so adding labels/words would be great, or bring back circles like the ones that were there before, even better.

Deleting Tiles In previous versions of iQ, from the home screen you could hold down on a tile and delete it, but with iQ4 if you do that, they entire category goes away, not just the one tile. To avoid this, you have to go into Files first, then can delete one at a time. Seems like a glitch on the homescreen

Put widgets back in Whiteboard Please put widgets back on the menu in the Whiteboard app in iQ4. It was in previous versions and was very helpful and accessible when in the whiteboard app. Now it's gone from the Whiteboard menu and teachers have to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get a separate menu that has the widgets. Extra step, not user friendly or intuitive.

App Store Oh no, the old App Store is gone?!?!? Having Google Play Store is great, but taking away the app store with the orange tile that was in previous iQ versions is horrible. It was really nice to be able to open that up and scroll through available apps. Without it, and only being able to search the Google Play Store, this forces teachers to have to take a bunch of time Googling what apps are out there in the world and then searching for them in iQ. Most teachers are not aware of all of the apps/games and would have…
