USB soundbar capability
It would be great if, similarly to a USB webcam and microphone, the Smart Board could recognize a USB sound bar as an output device.
With the wide range of all-in-one bars, it would be really useful.1 vote -
File input in whiteboard app
It would be perfect if I could insert local files directly into the smartboard app. Gladly via USB. It would also be nice to be able to integrate remote drives, for example a NAS.

System-wide Bottom-mode, placing all navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Some teachers can't reach the back-button and address bar in top of the screen, and that is a huge problem. - A system-wide Bottom-mode would fix this.

Security permissions and Tags
Allow the Tags for User Accounts to function as you would expect. If I have a Technician in charge of three buildings and I have the Boards tagged for Building Codes, I would expect to be able to limit that user to engage their permissions on just those devices with those tags. This currently does not work.

Account and Login Issues
On a fully updated MX series panel, signing into the SMART panel using the face icon limits the user's ability to sign in to Microsoft Office 365 in the browser. The login screen will not appear, leaving a white screen.
We tried this with two different users signing into the panel. Both received the same results.
When no one is signed into the panel, this behavior does not appear.How to replicate:
1. Use the face icon to sign into the panel using our Microsoft credentials.
2. Open browser and go to office.com.
3. Click Sign In.

iQ browser crashes using Response 2 in SLSO
When I used the browser in the IQ system, and used Response 2 in SLSO, it crashed 4 times in a row....then I went back to the computer. Perhaps there is a bug?

Would it be possible to have native feature from the Whiteboard application to :
Share the generated pdf to email or to a network share ?
Sounds this feature is a standard today in other solutions.
Today's way of doing is quite complicated (save to librairy, connect a usb drive and copy to the usb drive).

SMART Ink Document Viewer in SMART Board Icon
It should be possible to add the SMART Ink Document Viewer Option in the SMART Board Icon when you click on it because it would be useful and much quicker to access.
