An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedAs you identified, the pen colors reset back to original every time you end a whiteboard session. We will add the request for an in-session pen-color reset option into our enhancement backlog.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedYes, we have this in our roadmap to allow for "localized" users to undo what they've done (versus the meeting organizer being able to undo contributions).

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedHi Jaclyn. Do you mean being able to play around with the activity yourself? When you go to the dashboard with no students, you should see a button in the bottom right called "Teacher Handout". This is your own copy of the activity that you can play with even without students being present.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedThank you for the suggestion. We will be making improvements to this functionality in the future. For now, there is a workaround to prevent students from making changes. When you are done with a Handout activity, you can end it using the gear menu. Note that this will kick students out of the activity so they can't see and change their work, but you as a teacher can still continue to view student work using the dashboard.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedHi Megan. Do students currently use Google Classroom to access their other non-SMART assignments? We recently did a lot of integrations with Google that will allow you to seamlessly assign SLS lessons from Google Classroom. This way students would just have one place to access their assignments whether it's Google or SLS. Does this work better for you, or do you think a separate SLS lessons library for students would still be valuable?
Here are links to videos about our new Google integration.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedHi Peter. SLS Online currently runs in any web browser including on Chromebooks. With our latest G Suite integration, you can actually access SLS Online for creation directly from Google Drive or anywhere in G Suite in the 9 squares "waffle" menu, and the created lesson will be stored in Google Drive. Here are some videos to get you started.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedHi Cathy. Are you referring to the new option to sign in? Soon, we will support students being able to specify their own display name to use with their account. In the meantime, signing in is optional, so students can still join as guests by typing in their student number.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedHi Karin. Thanks for the feedback. This one is a bit tricky because a larger text box could affect the layout of the activity. We may be able to make things a bit bigger, but we also have some ideas about temporarily magnify the content so the whole class can see.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedThanks for the feedback. Spanish accents should render properly in lab activities. Would you be able to send us a file you are having issues with? This will help us diagnose any potential problems.

The splash screen when adding a new activity needs to be adjusted so that it all fits on the screen.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedThanks for the feedback, Deborah. You can do this today with SMART Learning Suite Online by creating a single page lesson to share with students. Would that work for your use case? Thanks.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedGlad to hear that you are enjoying the new features. Yes, dragging images is not supported on touch devices like iPads because it would interfere with the students' ability to scroll through the list of images properly. Currently, you can double tap to add an image on students devices, and we are working on improving the visual feedback to make it more discoverable.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joe Coplen commentedThank you for your suggestion. For the voting feature, do you mean giving students the ability to vote on ideas that have been submitted in Shout It Out? That would be very useful indeed. Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you can do a short answer question in response 2, which will generate a word cloud visualization for the responses.
We have offline activations available for both TeamWorks Connected and Room editions, as well as TeamWorks Server. It does require a call into SMART Support to facilitate.
