I want to have a video audio play simultaneously while looking at a different slide.
I don't want to have a slide presentation open as well as a lumio presentation open. I'm trying to play classical music from YouTube but I want the students to have our content display on the board.

Is it possible to generate printing sentences using different fonts, size, etc on a pdf to allow students to practice tracing letters?
For example, the word and meaning of log in social studies. I want to write the word and its definition out....to help students who have special needs to learn to print as they learn the word and definition.
Log (primary source): a record of experiences made by an explorer.

Allow for transparent image search through Bing integration
Please allow for searching for transparent images through the integrated Bing search. All images come in with a box around them through this integration, meaning the teacher has to first download the transparent image then upload it. It would be much faster to have this through the integration.

Can we display the actual content of each team’s work at once or at least try to show 2 on the screen at the same time ? Also can their screens change to display the team that the teacher is displaying ?

This is a basic feature in Nearpod and it is great when I want all my student to access a website during a lesson quickly and I don't want them to go to another app to access it (example having to post the link in Canvas).2 votes -

Please add another graphic for the Game Based Matching activity on Lumio - the animals are the ONLY choice & a custom would be great.
The Game Based Activity in LUMIO uses the Jungle Animals as the Graphics for the matching game. It would be great to have either a custom or some other options available

Cursive font
Sería realmente útil para muchos profesores que trabajamos la lectoescritura en edades tempranas si Lumio incluyera algunas fuentes en cursiva tipo Massallera.
It would be really useful for many teachers working on early literacy if Lumio would include some cursive fonts as Massallera.

I want to set alarms or reminders on the smartboard
I want to set reminders to alert me 5 mins before an activity. This would be a fun alert for the entire class to help prepare for transitions. Recess lunch special activities wtc

Please add the ability to connect multiple pages as one activity.
If we could upload a multiple page PDF (for example a two page article and graphic organizer) for students to complete. They would be able to both annotate the article and then refer back to it while completing the graphic organizer.

Safety
Students accounts need to have the option to delete classes they no longer need to access or class codes need to not be reassigned to new teachers. This is a safety issue. Class codes are being reassigned to a new user when a previous user no longer subscribes. When students log in, they may see a class that is from someone they don't even know, nor the teacher knows. It could be someone from another country. So students can enter a stranger's class lesson if a teacher in their school no longer subscribes and that code is now being used…

Increase the size of the presentation pages and keep them SAVED that way.
I would like in the edit mode on my laptop be able to enlarge the teacher presentation pages and center them as I want in order to utilize the whole board in the room, making it easier to see for all students. And that it saves that way and I don't have to mess with the size of it again.

Flip Out needs random stacked deck as option
As with the use of flash cards, one should have the option of pulling a card from the top of a randomly stacked deck. At that point the student should be able to place the card into at least 2-3 piles based on how well they knew the answer. After that the cards that are well know would come up less frequently. This would be in line with research on retrieval practice and would line up with flash card programs like Anki. It would make this SO much more useful!

Display name/prompt for activity slides
Right now if I have multiple activity slides, such as Shout it Out or Response, I cannot see what the activity is without clicking the Edit Activity. It would make it much easier to organize my slides if I could assign a name to each activity that would display in the sidebar slide navigator, or even if clicking on the slide would display the activity prompt instead of just a screen that says "Student Responses Required."

Hello, our schoolboard has blocked different apps last year.
I have been trying to adapt to other tools, such as Lumio. But there are drawbacks to Lumio.
Let me explain: When using other apps, such as Quizizz or Kahoot, there are great advantages that should be implemented in Lumio. Here are the top 7 recommendations that I have taken note when speaking to other teachers during the last school year.
What we recommend for Lumio:- Individuals, and not only teams, can play different games. It is important to view the student’s progress. The students can progress individually through a true/false…

increase the number of items that can be sorted from 10 to 15
Hello, in the Game Based activities, could you increase the Super Sort categories from 10 options in each group to 15 . We love to use this as an attendance check in but our classes are now more than 20... sigh... this would be AMAZING! My Grade 1 students loved to do this each morning and we haven't been able to do it for a long time. Thanks you for your time!

3d content that can be rotated and manipulated like it used to be woth the Trimble 3d content in Notebook (no longer supported)
3d content as it used to be, and from Trimble 3d resources, is no longer supported in Notebook and in Botswana in particular, we have many government schools who use 3d content extensively. Much of what was on Notebook is available on Lumio now. Please look into adding 3d content that can be manipulated, rotated and seen from a variety of angles. Thank you.
