Subtitles/Closed Captioning During Presentation When presenting I would love if the presentation allowed you to use your microphone to allow subtitles/closed captioning during the presentation. These closed captioning/ subtitles would also allow you to get translation into other languages. Many times, our teachers need this and use PowerPoint as their presentation and sometimes go back and forth to use single activities in Lumio. This would create a big buy in.

page layout It would be great if we could change the layout of the pages so that we could see them in a grid version for mass editing where the slide is rather than having to drag it from bottom to top etc.

Synch 2 teacher devices without smart panel Synch 2 teacher devices so the lesson can be displayed in teacher mode on 1 device, and student feedback can be reviewed on another.
As a board facilitator on lumio, I've seen training where a teacher laptop and a smart panel are synched and the teacher has the lesson open in teacher mode on bode devices.
There should be a feature for teachers without smart panels to do this so that a live lesson can be displayed on screen for students (e.g. individual and group handouts, student paced games) and the teacher can still update and check student data in…

On the Game-Based Activities list of options On the Game-Based Activities list of options it would be beneficial to have a key that would show which activities require 2 or more users, student devices, will only work when a teacher starts the activity, has actual percentages or assessments to show student work or progress that a teacher could use as a grade. If a teacher is not familiar with each of these, they may not know that each acivity does not have the same features as another. It would be helpful to provide this information from the start.

student audio Allow students to see the screen that they are recording audio for. For example, would like students to be able to see the numbers they are counting forwards or backwards as they record their voice. Currently record feature covers the entire screen.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will explore if we can make it easier for students to record audio while still being able to read the content of the page.

Allow page scrolling on the same toolbar as pen tools (like it was before). I don't like having to switch toolbars every time I want to go to the next page after writing on a current page. Before, scrolling between pages was on the same toolbar as the pen tools

Spreadsheet report with slide info and participation per student I'd love to see a report in a spreadsheet format where I can see, per student, the response to questions, participation, etc.

Import from Google Drive when editing in a Shared Library Currently, you can only import from Lumio Library or upload PDF/PPT when editing a file in the shared libraries. I would like to be able to import from Google Drive just like I can in My Library

Option to create school level libraries or sub-organizational libraries Option to create school level libraries or sub-organizational libraries and use Google groups for permissions to view and manage the library. We would like our teachers to see a District Library as well as a School Library that is only for their staff. I would like to be able to assign an admin at that school to manage permissions. Using Google Groups, the staff for the school would sync with Google.

mix and match words are being split apart, it's really hard to read, and can't read the the full text description. There should be an option to change the box size and text size of text.

vvennapusa@finneagroup.com Be able to access Sharepoint site from the Smartboard. As of now, we loaded a Microsoft 365 account on the board and can save files locally and can access them via OneDrive if we log on as that account. But we are having to sign onto that account, download the files manually, then upload them to the Sharepoint site so that everyone can access them. It would be nice to save them to save them directly to Sharepoint to avoid the manual step of copying the files over.

Make math tools, equations, and symbols available within activities like Shout It Out!, Team Quiz, etc. In setting up Shout It Out! activities or Team Quiz activities, we cannot include math tools, equations, or symbols in question prompts or multiple choice options. It would be fantastic to have a formative assessment tool like these that allow me to pose question using math tools, equations, and symbols as well as enable students to respond to questions with math tools, equations, and symbols available to more clearly convey their thinking! :)

TEACHER TOOLS WRITING TYPING ADVANCED MATH TEXT About a year ago I suggested that the SAME TEACHER TOOLS that are available in SMART NOTEBOOK should be available in Lumio. Magic Pen, shape tools, equation editor for advanced mathematical notation and equations, interactive protractor tool, etc... I still only see basically a pen and highlighter. I would have expected more progress in ALL this time.

Enable add background (ex. insert an image or colour to slide background) Add option to change the slide background (ex. to a different colour or uploading an image similar to the google slides background option) instead of the time consuming current method of having to upload an image and resize it to fit then lock it in place for each slide? It would be amazing to be able to upload my current google slide images as a background to a Lumio slide instead of having to insert and resize/lock the image (especially when it doesn't fit the slide format in Lumio) or to change the background slide colour to create more accessible…

Accessibility: Major increase in the size of the game and sorting visuals (currently too small for my students to see/read) Accessibility issue: If possible, could there be a major increase in the size of the game and sorting visuals (currently words and images turn out way too small for my special education virtual students to see/read, especially students with vision difficulties like CVI). If there was a way to drastically increase the size (even if it means fewer multiple choice or sorting game options) that would allow my virtual DD students to actively participate in and be successful with the Lumio games, which we currently don't use as they are not able to see and read the choices.

Allow educators to edit a student's login name if they aren't able to change it from the course code Allow educators to edit student's name during lessons: I am a virtual special education teacher, and often my students sign in but don't know how to change or edit their login name so it ends up staying our course code (which is confusing as I have multiple students who do not know how to change it to their name so it takes a while to figure out who is who) so it would helpful if I could write in their name instead of the course code during a lesson to better identify which students are participating.
