Changing from one game-based activity to another.
After creating a game-based activity and entering all the words and their meanings, and after saving the game, sometimes I'll realize perhaps another game-based activity would be a better fit. Is there a way to change one game-based activity to another using the words I had already entered? It seems I'd have to retype the whole thing again if I were to decide to use a different game-based activity. That eats up a lot of my time.

provide feedback without students editing
I work with about 100 4th graders and only use Lumio asynchronously. I have them record a short passage and answer comprehension questions weekly. I would like a way to end the activity but allow students to see feedback I currently have them turn in a paper with their answers and I provide feedback on their paper regarding their fluency and comprehension. I would like to avoid the paper part. I also don't want them altering their work attempts. I want the students to see progress and growth over time.

Drag and Drop Activity Reset
An option in Whiteboard for teachers and students to quickly reset activity pages like drag and drop would be incredibly helpful. Currently, teachers have hit the back button an excessive amount of times to reset the slide and/or delete all infinitely cloned images. Similar to the reset button available in game-based activities, this option would save time, improve workflows, and promote student independence when working on centers at the board.

Lock Size on Infinitely Cloned Objects
The advanced locking features have been a wonderful addition. It would be very helpful to have the option to choose to "Lock - Allow Move" by default any images that are infinitely cloned to prevent students from accidentally enlarging images.

Easy access to clear all "broom"
I would like to request for the clear all "broom" to be placed directly on the navigation bar so that we don't have to click the "more" 3 dots.

Offer scrolling answers for the game templates.
I teach HS and need more room to put into the matching, sorting etc templates. This used to happen in the old edition—why not in the newer editions?

Add a camera tool in Lumio
In order for students to take a pic of their work to add it to Lumio, they must use the camera tool from their Chromebook then navigate the pic from their downloads folder on CB to their Lumio page. Having a camera tool in Lumio would make this process a lot more efficient and not interrupt the flow of the lesson.

Thanks for the suggestion. We'll look into if it's possible to capture images directly from a camera source.

Add more than 10 items to the Super Sort games
Need more than 20 items (10,10) for Super Sort- it is an interactive way to do attendance. The kids drag their names into the spaceship to check in each day- but we have more than 20 students in classes. 15 rows would be ideal.

Thanks for the feedback. Have you considered using a Whole-Class Whiteboard activity for attendance? We have several templates in Lumio Library. Here are a few you can try.

text to speech
I would love for the option to read what the choices are in the games. So if doing a matching game, I can include my voice reading it as well.

Assigning Student Groups in Group Handouts
1) More efficient group assignment for multiple handouts:
I often work with learning stations where student groups complete multiple handouts on different topics. Currently, each group handout must be assigned manually to the respective group of students. It would be extremely helpful if groups could be defined either for the entire Lumio project or for a selected set of handouts. These groups should then automatically be assigned to the corresponding group handouts.2) Assigning students to groups after initial setup:
In practice, students are sometimes absent at the moment when groups are created, but they later join the session online.…2 votes -
Bring back the old Concept Map program to customize my own.
The old program was fast, easy and very customizable. It made the concept map into an outline for those who preferred that way. I color coded and made many concept maps/graphic organizers and my students loved them.
I would then like to take these concept maps and turn them into an interactive page afterwards. PLEASE bring back this program.1 vote -
Bring back the old Concept Map program to customize my own.
I used the old program to make custom Concept Maps/Graphic Organizers for almost all of my Biology program. It was easy/fast to use and I color coded them for easier learning. Students LOVED them and it made it easy to review and prepare for exams. It also made the concept map into an outline for those who preferred it.
I would like to be able to make the concept maps into an interactive page afterwards for individual or group work. REALLY MISS THIS PROGRAM AS I USED IT A LOT!!!1 vote -
Eliminating Background Noise
I would love if there was a way to eliminate background noise as students are recording an audio. It would be hard to have students record an audio when there is background noise occuring.

I LOVE Lumio. I have used it since it started. I would like to ask if the feature of having student be able to earn stars right through Lumio presentation. It would also be awesome if they can earn badges and show the leaderboard. It would be great integration with the activities that are already available in lumio!!!
Keep up the great work!!

Editing Active Sessions in Lumio
Dear Development Team,
I'm very pleased with the progress you've made in Lumio, especially the new feature that allows assigning sessions to specific student groups more easily. However, a key feature has unfortunately been lost in the process: the ability to edit sessions that are already in progress—such as by adding new slides or activities. This flexibility was extremely valuable in everyday teaching, particularly when I needed to adapt a session spontaneously to better support my students’ learning needs.
In the new session system, this is no longer possible, since active sessions are now – understandably – separated from the…

The ability to share a session in your Class Sessions tab with another teacher
To be able to share a session in your Class Sessions tab (after it has been completed) with another teacher. This would be useful to be able to share the data/ comments collected on a session with my year group partner so we can compare/ collate how students are doing across the year group. Also, helpful if one of us has completed the lesson before the other, to have an idea of possible misconceptions or issues before they teach.
