3d content that can be rotated and manipulated like it used to be woth the Trimble 3d content in Notebook (no longer supported)
3d content as it used to be, and from Trimble 3d resources, is no longer supported in Notebook and in Botswana in particular, we have many government schools who use 3d content extensively. Much of what was on Notebook is available on Lumio now. Please look into adding 3d content that can be manipulated, rotated and seen from a variety of angles. Thank you.

We are always looking to add more games and activities to Lumio. We'll consider games of similar game mechanics that are engaging for students.

soundfile into Lumio
While instructional recording is fine, one should be able to insert a recorded sound-file into Lumio.

In the Rank Order activity it would be great if we could have a question prompt somewhere on the activity. I did try to add a screenshot of the image as the background, but then it made it the entire background which made it somewhat confusing to read the answer items to put in order. If we could move the background around to place the question prompt that could greatly improve this and provide a way to have a question prompt on this activity.

More creative slide options
More options on creating slides. I currently create the majority of my slides in canva and then upload the image to Lumio. It would be great to have options like they have with creating fun slides!

be able to link to other lumio slides
Within a Lumio presentation, be able to link to other slides in the same Lumio presentation. So if you have a recording sheet on slide 2, and you are working on slide 10, you can click a link within slide 10 to redirect you back to slide 2

Alternative Formats for Some Exercises
I'm teaching an ESL student, and would appreciate simpler (customizable) multiple-choice and matching formats. The spin-the-wheel and animal formats are fine for kids, but not a great match for adults. It would also be nice to include simple reward sounds for correct answers, and navigation animations (or arrows pictured on the slides) so students can progress onscreen through their exercises.

All Smart Notebook files should be able to load to Lumio
My textbook, Auténtico, by Savvas Learning Company has Smart Notebook lessons created for each topic which I would like to upload to Lumio. Unfortunately, they do not load. I ask that your technicians work on this so that all Notebook files can load seemlessly to Lumio.

Instead of just allowing text or pictures in any instance of the Lumio platform, should be an option to allow both text AND pictures.

Be able to attach audio files to Lumio lessons
Be able to add audio files to Lumio pages. This can be done in Google Slides and is needed in Lumio. I tried importing a G Slide that had an attached audio file, but it didn't work...
I am a middle school music teacher and I would love to be able to click on an object or text on Lumio lesson on my whiteboard and have all students be able to post their reactions and insights into the music that they are hearing. Incorporate more from the original Notebook.
I've just returned to teaching and was a pioneer with the original Notebook, teaching it to all of my co-workers. So far I'm a bit disappointed that so many of the features that I used to be excited about are not available in Lumio.
I guess essentially I want it all! I want everything from the original Notebook with lots of enhancements!2 votes
