Monitoring work over several sessions for students
We are have Book Trawels in our school to ensure teaching and student engagement is to a consistent standard. Because student work is spread out over several sessions this can be hard to monitor. It would be useful if teachers could have access to a digital online 'exercise book' that pulls all work from all session completed by the student this would need to include teacher examples and individual work and student responses to quizzes without haveing to download seperate excel files. If would also be benificial to assign students access to class session folders so we do not have…

To efficiently review student work for asynchronous assignments across multiple math classes, you need a system that centralizes submissions and provides a consistent interface for grading and feedback.

racing game
Racing game is fun but I would be more beneficial and engaging if it was updated but more importantly if students can answer questions on their own screen while still going against other students. I have students play on one screen is a little difficult for the students. Have the ability to great groups like we do with group activity and letting students play against each other on the own screen would be great and what would be more amazing is having a option where the whole class can play against each other.

Increase number of people in Shared Libraries
More than 20 people should be able to join a shared library. I wanted to use a shared library for my university students to post their completed Lumio lesson plan assignments. Unfortunately, university classes are bigger than 20 students, so not all my students could join. Please make shared library membership larger--50 people would be perfect.

Pouvoir exporter en pdf les pages de la progression des élèves afin de pouvoir conserver et imprimer leur pages de travaux ou d'activités l
J'utilise Lumio pour plusieurs activités dans presque toutes les matières et il serait vraiment utile de pouvoir exporter en pdf les pages de travaux des élèves lorsqu'elles sont en mode Travail Individuel. On pourrait alors avoir accès aux réponses des élèves pour les conserver et s'en servir comme traces de leur travaux (autant en lecture, en mathématiques, en écriture que en CCQ). Ils écrivent des réponses à développement, des réflexions, etc. Certains travaux pourraient même servir comme traces d'évaluations accessibles par la suite, ou comme travail à montrer à leur parents.

Lock the zoom when the lesson is started.
My young learners (Kindergarten) are constantly increasing the zoom and zooming in on the screen when we are doing lesson activities on the SMART Board or their iPads. This is incredibly frustrating for them, and I have to decrease the zoom on the SMART Board or their devices many times in a lesson. Please allow teachers to lock the zoom to 100% so that it cannot be changed or manipulated during a lesson. Thank you!

Je me permets de vous écrire au nom de notre équipe pédagogique afin de vous soumettre une suggestion d’amélioration pour Lumio.
Dans plusieurs de nos écoles, deux enseignantes travaillent avec le même groupe d’élèves et doivent collaborer sur une même leçon. Actuellement, il n’est pas possible de synchroniser une leçon entre deux enseignantes dans Lumio : l’une doit créer ou partager une copie, ce qui entraîne deux versions distinctes et complique le suivi du travail des élèves.
Nous aimerions savoir s’il serait possible d’intégrer, dans une future mise à jour, une option permettant à deux enseignantes (ou plus) :

Separate classes with different codes for secondary teachers.
It would be so helpful to have separate classes with their own codes for secondary teacher. It will be an easier sell if that was a thing. This would also allow for teachers to gather data without having to search through their classes. A similar set up to Edpuzzle?

Post-It notes with text box embedded
I would like to be able to choose a post-it note that has a text box embedded and ready for students to use. This would be similar to how JamBoard used to be, and a feature that is part of Canva whiteboard. It makes it much easier for student use, and nicer to try and organize and manipulate.

have the ability to hide recent files
When looking at "My Library," it would be nice to be able to hide the recent files by default. This would clean up the UI and make it less confusing when you see 2 of the same file in 2 different rows.

color picker
It would be great to have the eye dropper tool in the color options when creating. Then you could have all the colors the same throughout. Also if it would save your colors page to page.
When you are at the top of a page your color choices are hidden at the top of the page.1 vote -
Table
I create slides all the time in Lumio and I am always frustrated that I can't create a table like the table in Smart Notebook. Please find a way to add that tool to the toolbox.

sounds in memory
Make it possible to add sounds in the memory activity (and/or others). Working with another language it would be perfect to be able to match a spoken word with a picture.

Can someone make Lumi into a virtual assistant?
I think the Idea of having Lumi on screen is pretty neat, but she doesn't really do or say anything outside of the puzzles/mini games. This is kinda sad; the concept is really interesting grow a garden, I just wish a bit more was done with it.
It would be cool if the developer would make Lumi into some sort of virtual assistant/interactive desktop program, kinda like Bonzi Buddy (but without the malware).

manipulatives
We would like to see more interactive math manipulatives that students can use in asyncrhonous lessons. The addition of spinners/dice is great, but students can't interact on their own devices.
As well, we would like to see manipulatives that behave more like brainingcamp where manipulatives can easily group/ungroup in organized ways without students or teachers having to take time to stack etc. For example, it would be nice to be able to group 10 units then have them stack neatly in a base 10 rod, or a base 10 rod to ungroup into 10 individual units with a click of…

"Shout it out"
Give teachers the ability to increase the font size of the responses in "Shout it Out", they're way too small to be read when they come up on the Smart Board.

Ability to upload fonts
The addition of more fonts to lumio is great, but we would love the ability to upload fonts as well! Many of my teachers and I have used purchased fonts in our SmartNotebook files that model correct letter formation. When those files are uploaded to Lumio, they automatically convert to the "computer a" and look terrible! This is a huge drawback for early childhood teachers wanting to use Lumio more. The ability to upload our own fonts would be a huge, huge win! Alternatively, changing the default conversion font to comic sans (or similar) would be great if uploading fonts…
