  1. SMART Podium 624 Pen at SLSO issue - Color and Thickness goes back to default after using eraser

    First, I choose the black color at the SMART Podium 624 button and write, then change the color and thickness at the SLSO side menu to Green with the thicker pen, I can write the thick Green color but it goes back to black color with the original thickness after I use the Pen Eraser. Please keep the color and thickness of the pen after using Eraser.

  2. IP based control or upgrade on RS232

    It would be nice to be able to send many commands via RS232 at once and that the product can support that. Example: sending a volume up command consistently by +1 though a room controller.

    Alternatively, it would be nice to have a way to control your SMART products with room control hardware using IP based controls.

  3. Need extension to calibrate/align boards using chrome os

    I'm IT admin and our school is go towards all chrome os. We need an extension to calibrate our boards using chrome OS. Promethian has this, here's the link..

  4. SMART Podium® 624 interactive pen display default thickness setting option

    Please add SMART Podium® 624 interactive pen display default thickness setting option at the SMART Setting. I do see this options from other SMART IFP but not in SP624.

  5. Bluetooth-support

    I wasn't able to find a forum for our boards, so I'll just add my feedback here.
    We have 7 MX265-series- and 4 SPNL-6265-Boards, and still increasing.

    In our school, a school for children with hearing disabilities, the demand for Bluetooth-speakers is increasing.

    Our teachers would like to be able to connect small, portable Bluetooth-speakers directly to the Smart Board. The students can hold the loudspeaker close to their ears and listen to music, TV, etc.

    This feature seems to be missing. Will you include it in a future SW-release?
    The newer Boards all have Bluetooth-support, so it can't be…
