"Pairs" is not really the same as "Match 'Em Up". Not being able to play the memory-style game in Notebook 17 is really unfortunate.
In version 17, my memory games (created from Pairs template in earlier notebook files) are automatically converted into the smart lab game "match 'em up". This really isn't the same - it misses the whole concentration-style game aspect and becomes just another matching task... I may need to roll back to 16.2 as this is one of my students' favorite activities...

I'd love to be able to randomly draw cards from a deck. Just like I can spin dice, I'd like to be able to randomly draw cards.

Copying and pasting a table from Word no longer works correctly
The option to "copy and paste" a table from Word no longer works correctly with
Notebook 23, whether 213 or 23.1. I had to go back to version 22.1.

Exporting to pdf issues in Notebook 23
Exporting to pdf issues in Notebook 23-
When exporting as a pdf in 23 the pages are elongated vertically. So you see a lot of white space, then you see the content and then more white space below it. Also, it adds 1-2 blank pages between the pages that has content for no reason. However, if I export it in 22, then the content is exported exactly as it is on the notebook software. 3-4 part flipbook application
I am looking to have a new Smart template designed. I would like to create a flipbook style Smart template with multiple pages. It would have 3-4 possible individual pages to flip, and each time the page was clicked, it would show a new letter/digraph/trigraph in order to blend and manipulate letters and words. I have attached a very rudimentary example of what this looks like on paper to give you a better idea. Also, powerpoint doesn't import videos into Smart Notebook. If a video from Powerpoint can't be imported into Smart Notebook when importing Powerpoint, the powerpoint import is not functional. Fix it completely or remove it.
Add version Notebook 19.0 to the above list as latest. The feature request is now up to version 19. Thanks again.

Smart Notebook 23 is missing the ability to type in shapes.

Make the calligraphic pen and the thinnest line the default setting
I miss the old smartboards that allowed users to customize the pen hardware default settings. It is a horrible design to not be able to set a default of the pen style and thickness. I am constantly changing the pen settings to use the calligraphic pen with the thinnest line possible. I also preferred the ease of quickly changing the pen color in the tray, but the sleeker design of the new versions don't offer this.

I would like the ability to customize what displays on the toolbar when in full screen mode. I do not want the magic pen. I would rather have the regular pen available.

Bring back a descent formula editor (like Smart Maths Tools)
I have been using version 11.3 for a LONG time. And the separate Math Tools packages had a brilliant formula editor.
Unfortunately it now has some bugs: cursor input / key press arrow keys is not registered correctly on my computer. Also the layout of the NEW formula editor is a joke (to me as a math teacher). Not to mention the errors it brings along.

I am a teacher that often creates lessons at home. Is it possible to remove the watermark on the basic version as I do not have a SmartBoard in my house?

Pin a page in Dual Page Display
In Dual Page display, it would be neat to be able to Pin down a page so it is always visible while other pages advanced. (for example, so that an agenda or steps in an algorithm can be displayed on one page that always stays up and other items could be displayed on the other pages.

The ability to go back and forth from SMART NOTEBOOK to SMART Learning Suite
There is no function to go back and forth with the same lesson in SMART NOTEBOOK or Learning Suite. If create a lesson in one, it does not show up in the other. SMART NOTEBOOK has so many new features but Learning suite is easier for students interactions.

I still would love to see a card match game. Where you flip two cards and if you have a match the cards go away (memory but in LAB version)
Is it possible to form a memory game for LAB. Where a student would select two cards and if they make a match the cards go away (a point for them). I love doing memory games whole group because it really engages my other students at the same time (they have to watch to see where the cards are hiding). This would be fantastic for my class and hopefully others too but I'm assuming wouldn't be hard to adapt from your already exiting flip out game.
