Triangle tool bug When I create a triangle with the triangle tool and change the shape of it, the triangle always reverts back to the default shape once I click out of it.

Crash! Whenever I try to use the snipping tool to add an image from another application, SMART crashes and I lose work.
When prompted to rescue files I click yes but nothing happens - so frustrating!

Distribute items under the add-ons there needs to a the ability to distribute items evenly both horizontally and vertically as well as aligning them.

There is a need for a Random Number Generator that works inside Notebook with the capabiolitiew that esxisted in the Flash Random numer gene There were many uses that mathematics teachers of all grade levels used the Flash widget Random number generator. It had multiple ways to modify the random numbers that were generated. All we have now are manipulating numbers on a die or with multiple dice. That would be a welcome addition to the interactive capabilities.

it would be EXTREMELY nice if smartnotebook 24 could still play nice with mathtype like v22 did. In Notebook 22.0, I used to be able to drag and drop math expressions from Math Type. I'm not sure why this doesn't work anymore with version 24. I would pay money for this functionality to return if possible, as the built in equation editor is just not as robust as the one in mathtype software.

ghost wrting in margin of 24.1 When not set to zoom to page width, and when you write in the workspace, you sometimes get ghose writing in the margin. This attached file shows the issue.

nom aléatoire J'aimerais avoir un icone dans SMART Notebook qui me permet d'importer mes listes d'élèves de classroom et de me permettre de générer un nom de manière aléatoire sans avoir à changer de fenêtre au tableau. Je ne veux pas aller sur lumio mais rester sur ma présentation Notebook.

Paintbrush and other pens - touch sensitivity The old version of paintbrush allowed for different thickness of line depending on the force of my pen on my Wacom tablet. This was a very attractive pen style to use when writing notes for my class. It was a solid line, with different thicknesses, but not directional as it is with the calligraphic pen. The current paintbrush just looks ugly; a broken, diffuse line with regular thickness. Has SMART removed features that allow for interaction with touch sensitive devices like the Wacom tablets?

Sélectionner du texte Je n'arrive pas à sélectionner le texte que je veux. C'est toujours décaler sur les lignes du bas. Dans l'exemple, j'essaie de sélectionner Exercices et c'est cours qui est sélectionné.

When I add a small grid for graphing, the new update completely washes out the grid. Can you please darken it? Complaint.
When I add a medium grid for graphing, the new update completely washes out the grid. In the past, we could use the Transparency feature of Properties to darken or lighten the grid. Now, not really an option. Way to light. Not useable.

Smart Notebook Search For many years I have, at various times, found myself trying to find something in a Notebook file, but am unsure which file it is in. I have to open all the contenders and then try to find it manually. This can take a LOT of time.
As the Notebook file appears to be a proprietary format ( i.e. windows search doesn't know what to do with it) , could you create a SMART*Find tool which I can enter some text and it will search a given folder (and subfolders) for all Notebook files containing the specified text ?1 vote -

Copying and pasting formatting issues When you copy and paste an image, you use to be able to grab the item by selecting it from the bottom right corner and resize it anyway you like. With this version, you can only make it bigger or smaller. In 22, you could stretch or shorten the image in any direction. You can do this now with shapes that you create , but you cannot do it with images that you paste from somewhere else. This feature was crucial when trying to fit certain images in specific spaces. Please bring this back, thank you.

Ability to Lock Infinite Cloner In previous versions, when you used infinite cloner on an object, the object would automatically be locked. This was incredibly useful when creating patterns with students. They could pull the object being cloned and then I could clear the page without losing the object doing the cloning. While infinite cloner is available in N24 as soon as you clear the board, you lose the object you had doing the infinite cloning.
