Import all elements from Google Slides as locked content that can be unlocked and edited, rather than a static image We have a lot of teachers who have created lessons in Google Slides that have interactive components, such as dragging images or text boxes. When uploading to Lumio, they have to remove these interactive pieces as they upload as a static image, then add them back on within Lumio. It creates a lot of extra work and is a barrier for teachers changing to Lumio.
I appreciate that Lumio can't differentiate between what is supposed to be a fixed object and what is supposed to have interactivity, but it would be helpful if all elements on Google Slides (ie. text…

At least 6 Multiple Choice Options for a Quiz Allow for at least 6 Multiple Choice options, to accommodate the 5 AP answer options. Then show which students/teams answered each!

shout it out Have the student's whole name appear. The way the name appears now makes it hard for a teacher to use it as a grading tool

Har prøvd å lage et undervisningsopplegg med skriving av bokstaver. Ønsker gjerne å finne enkeltbokstaver i ulike fonter, slik at elevene kan komme frem på tavla og øve på den enkelte bokstaven. Dette klarte jeg ikke å finne. Kan noen komme med et tips eller gode søkeord? Det jeg er ute etter er bokstaver med sporing, eller stiplete linjer, i tillegg beskrivelser over hvor man starter og slutter på bokstavene. Finner noen bokstaver, men absolutt ikke alle. Give students the ability to turn sound on and off for game-based activities Currently, game-based activity sounds can only be turned on and off for teachers. Students should have the same capability to make the games more engaging for them.

Add a multiple page pdf as one side/activity Help cut down lag time between switching slides during a group assignment. If we could keep groups the same between activities or have a multiple page pdf as a 1 slide activity instead of broken up by pdf page that would be awesome. My students were a little tired of the lag time and seeing the "Your group" page each time they want to go back and forth between pages of the worksheet.

Add/Adjust Groups after Starting Activity Allow teacher to edit/adjust/add groups to "group worksheets" to allow tardy students to join in mid way through. Please please please and thanks!

Bring Back Target Practice Can you bring back the old "Target Practice" Game from the original Smart Notebook? I used it all the time as a Social Studies teacher. It is great for Map Practice, and the kids used to love it. There is nothing like it on Smart Learning Suite.

Display Student Work I started a lesson from my iPad. I used share screen from the Smartboard. I couldn't display student work. So, I logged into Lumio from my desktop. This disconnected all of my students from the lesson. That was annoying.
I see 2 options.
1) Let a teacher log into from multiple devices without disconnecting students from the lesson.
2) Create a button to share a student's work to be displayed on student screens.

New STAAR Question Types for Texas teachers It would be very helpful if you could add the new STAAR question types to the Response section. I can build most of them in Game-based activities and Response now, but they don't allow gathering of student data like other Response questions do. I'm including the chart that explains the question types and a link to the Texas Education Agency website where you can see examples.

Allow ability to drag over objects to select them. One should be able to drag over objects in Lumio to be able to select them. Selecting by clicking on each object can be very time consuming.

Cut and paste parts of items loaded in lumio I'd like to be able to cut and paste parts of items loaded in lumio to move them. Ex: upload something that is a cut and paste activity for students. They have the paper copy and I can "cut" parts and move them to sequence.

I need a way to point to the screen to highlight or indicate something to students. There are pointers for LED screens but they require an executable file in order to use. Can you make these loadable?

Allow teachers to have multiple classes where students can be enrolled. Then, allow groups to be assigned before students log in to lumio. I love using the group handout option, but it is a hassle since my students have to log in first, then wait for me to assign groups before they can start the activity. The time that it takes for me to create the groups is enough time to lose students' attention. If I could enroll students in different classes on Lumio, then create groups ahead of class time that would be awesome. Students would be able to log in and get straight to work.
