I need field service management software that prepares employees for all the preventative work a customer needs and streamlines all aspects of mobile workforce management. Can you advise something?

Lock gestures button on whiteboard
The kids and also the teachers are having severe problems on writing on the whiteboards without the annotation layer resizing or shifting unwantedly, resulting in destroyed proportions regarding the whiteboard backgrounds. I'd like a way to lock the gestures or to turn them off completely for the system, since they destroy a lot of usability for us sadly. (GX series)

Save User Icon and Username
While security is key, in classrooms where teachers move between classrooms, the full username/email and password sign in every time a user switches to a new hour detracts from time spent preparing for class.
An easy solution is to hold the persons username/email in a queue on the left side of the board (similar to what Chrome does with multiple users) and then have teachers JUST type the password. This provides a nice balance of security and ease-of-use.
Watching teachers log in several times a day in front of high school students is painful. This might be a quick solution…

Let the MX275-V2 run the SmartMirror app for screen projectio
We are a campus of 24 plus SMARTTechnologies SBID-MX275-V2. The last order arrive and were the SMARTTechnologies SBID-MX275-V3.
PROBLEM: the V3 runs Smartmirror NOT SmartScreen.
PLEASE PLEASE get SmartMirror to run on the V2This is a massive training issue if the V2 and V3 run two different Window screen sharing software...
I'm really questioning if we should have stuck with SmartTech - I know that the next time we are doing a campus upgrade.. other devices will be considered

Changing the SMART Board pen default settings with SMART product drivers
Why is there no option to change the SMART Board pen default settings with SMART product drivers (like in the previous SPNL-6000 series)? So you can't set a default ink thickness for the pens which is highly missed. Every time people are using the pens on a SBID-6000S they have to adjust the ink thickness again and again. This is very confusing and inconvenient for the customers who are preferring a thinner ink as a default. Also it would be a good idea to be able to set the calligraphic ink as a default, too. Is this coming to the…

Active Shooter Alert
It would be nice to be able to utilize a PA system through the smartboard speakers or a silent alert for active shooter/intruder in the building. Maybe a button that administration or any teacher can press that would turn the boards a specific color and say intruder. I think with what we are seeing around the US, this is an important safety feature that all schools can use. A double measure if you will.

Slides Presentation Option
We would like to have the option of opening Slides in editing or presentation mode by default. The current OS will only allow presentation mode, but not all of us use the board this way. It's annoying to have to open each Slide in the desktop site every time I want to make the slightest change or have students manipulate objects.

Parts and Advanced troubleshooting
Is there anyway that we could purchase replacement parts for 6000 series smart panels? We have quite a few that are getting black screens. Back light will work, but no image. Yes, they are out of warranty, but we feel its within our means, and right to repair issues of this nature. The unfortunate problem is that you don't offer parts. Disable Buttons MX V2
Would like a way to disable the front buttons on the MX V2. Similiar to how it works somewhat with the older 6000 series displays. Where the touch buttons can be deactivated.

Make OPS "network card" deactivatable
It should be possible to deactivate the network card that is passed on from the display to the OPS PC.
The background to this are "problems" in networks where certain images are installed via PXE boot based on the MAC address.
It happens again and again that the MAC address changes later.

Humidity/Temperature sensors
Make the values of the humidity and temperature sensors available via RS232. With this you would be able to create perfect learning conditions if you use these values in combination with a room control system which now can control the air quality or the temperature conditions in the classroom.

Support for external keyboard layouts (other than english)
I'm having an issue where external keyboards used with SMART boards don't support the Nordic layout. They always default to the English layout, which is problematic since our teachers have keyboards with the Nordic layout.
The reason our teachers need to be able to use the Nordic layout is because they must input their credentials into Lumio and other education apps without using the on-screen keyboard. If they were to use the on-screen keyboard, students would able to see their credentials pretty easily.
We have set the language of the system to be Finnish, tried different software, tried multiple keyboards…
