Change default Colour Temperature Please, change the default Colour Temperature on Smart Boards 7000R Series from Cool to Neutral.
Problem is that with selected Cool colour temperature Smart Boards are not able to display LIGHT GREY colours.
For example, go to https://www.google.com/drive/ in the iQ browser with the default colour temperature called Cool. Then go to the same www page with the Neutral colour temperature selected. The difference is clearly visible on our 7000R display - see attached photos.

SMART modelo MX100 y webcam Tenemos una pantalla SMART modelo MX100 comprada recientemente y no podemos conectarle una webcam. Nos parece increible que una pantalla tan reciente y no muy barata para un centro escolar no soporte la conexión de una webcam para videoconferencias.
¿Se podría hacer algún tipo de actualización del software para solucionar este inconveniente?

ADA Compatible I would like to see the SMART displays have the ability to choose the icons from the OPS side (such as the widgets) to be accessible from the bottom of the screen to allow access to individuals who may be shorter or having to access these icons from a wheelchair.

SMART TV Integrated Webcam & Microphone We would like to see a webcam and microphones integrated in to the SMART TV's. With the explosion of hybrid classrooms, we are seeing our teachers consistently request webcams be mounted above the TV's and 50-60' USB cables run to the PC's so the students at home can see the teacher/classmates/classroom during a meet. It seems like a no-brainer to integrate a webcam and multi-field microphones in to the interactive displays.

SMART Podium 624 Pen at SLSO issue - Color and Thickness goes back to default after using eraser First, I choose the black color at the SMART Podium 624 button and write, then change the color and thickness at the SLSO side menu to Green with the thicker pen, I can write the thick Green color but it goes back to black color with the original thickness after I use the Pen Eraser. Please keep the color and thickness of the pen after using Eraser.

SMART Board GX Series Feedback 1) Because it conflicts with how other displays function, I think the audio mute icon should not persist on the screen if the volume is turned down to 0 with the Volume Minus button.
2) I know it can be turned off, but the Screen Sharing floating window should be Off by default. It's annoying that it persists when an active input (such as HDMI 1) is on the screen.

Windows HDR capability Yes I have the mx065 v2 touch screen enabled in Windows 10 works great with space viewing programs and weather programs and other cool apps and programs i use, but I am unable to get HDR working within windows 10 pro, which i know this smart series board supports HDR, and yes i do have it plugged in to HDMI 1 and i do have a HDR upto 8k HDMI cable so high speed cable yes and my gpu is HDR capable and has the latest drivers, but unfortunately it seems that there is no HDR Certified Display drivers for…

Lock Down Screen Sharing We have discovered that students have found out how to turn off the Pin needed and authorization needed to cast to the boards in the settings on the board. Since they can turn this off they can randomly cast to the boards with their phones and display whatever they like. There is also no way to lock the settings that we have found to keep them from doing this.
I have also learned that the Smart Remote Management can't control the screen share access. This has turned into a huge liability that we can't control.

Enable Touch Calibration on Chromebooks Please contact Google to enable the flag "Enable/disable touchscreen calibration option in material design settings" in the stable version of Chrome OS. This allows Smart Boards to work with Chrome OS by allowing touch input to apply to the correct display without having screen mirroring be on at all times, which is very impractical. Many schools and businesses would benefit from this as they cannot use flags due to security and privacy concerns. Make Smart Podium 624 able to sense ONLY the stylus It would be great for Smart Podium 624 to include a setting that makes the touch-screen respond ONLY to the stylus, not the user's hand. Currently, if your hand accidentally touches the screen as you annotate a slide, it causes the objects (text boxes, images, etc) on the Smart Notebook slide to jump around. Even palm-rejection gloves don't prevent this from happening.

Freeze Button Have a Freeze button on the remote control to freeze and unfreeze the screen easily with one click.
Rather than a button that does multiple things and having to hold the button for ten seconds.
The Freeze button is the most important button on the remote control.
