Insert web address or link (Teacher led and Student paced)
One of the features I love about NEARPOD is the ability to insert a hyperlink to a website in my slide for both teach led and student-paced lessons. This would an excellent feature for SLS Online! That way if the teacher needs to reference an external source, they can click on the hyperlink (like you can with SMART Notebook) and it will open in a new tab/window.
Please add this feature, especially during COVID-19 schooling! Thanks!29 votes -

2) links between pages
3) animation
4) Table Shadeetc.

Enlarge Shout It Out page
Enlarge Shout It Out page so that when students are at seats, they can actually see what is being shared on the SMART board from their seats.

Share the Shout Out responses with the entire class - so everyone can see the answers being added to the board
When offering a Shout Out activity, it would be nice if the results would appear for students the same as does for the teacher. This way students can see everyone's contributions to the page at the end of the activity (perhaps after the teacher has been able to view/edit the responses).

Add calming music to the timer as an option
I would like a feature where either there is a predetermined set of a few options of calming music to play while the timer runs OR a way to link music from YouTube, etc. to run while the timer runs :)

Share entire folders
I appreciate the folders in Lumio very much, it's so nice to be able to organize all files. I would LOVE it if it would be possible to share an entire folder with co-workers, instead of just single activities. Could this be developed any time soon? Thank you!

Enable an option to allow keeping the same groups for collaborative work
It is difficult to put together the same groups on different slides. There should be an option to keep the same groups when doing collaborative work.

Being able to change background fill on all slides at one time
Allow me to set background for all or part of my slides by highlight the slides I want to change right click and use "set background fill"

Have embedded videos and gifs from Google Slides function when added to Lumio
I often create lessons in Google Slides then open with Lumio. Unfortunately, all of my embedded videos and gifs lose all functionality when the file is converted. It would be awesome if these embedded files would play as they are intended.

It would be great if you can add additional Google Slides after you initially create the Smart Presentation.
I pulled over a Google Slide Presentation to SMART Learning. My partner in the meantime added a couple more slides to the Google Slide presentation. It would be great if you could add multiple presentations, or edit Google Slides presentations within SMART Learning Sweet. Otherwise if a change is made to your Google Tool, you need to start all over with a whole new SMART presentation.

Allow educators to have more than one Lumio lesson open at a time
Allow educators to have more than one Lumio lesson open at a time, so that we could be teaching with one Lumio lesson in one tab and editing the same lesson or a different lesson at the same time in another tab. Being able to edit or use more than one Lumio lesson at a time would be a gamechanger for virtual teachers!

Be able to add audio files (vs. live mic recording) to Lumio pages.
As a music teacher I would like to be able to add audio files, without live recording, to my Lumio pages.

Widgets in Lumio
Our teachers love Lumio, but there is one thing missing that they would love to see added in the near future. In SMART Notebook, teachers have access to widgets such as the dice and timer. These are not options in Lumio. Could these widgets be added? Thank you for your consideration and please let me know if you need any further information.

Collaborative activity pages.
It would be essential for some of us being able to keep the same groups automatically when changing from one collaborative page to another, as sometimes one page is not enough and creating the groups every time is frustrating for both teachers and students.

Ability to chose whether Shout it Out in SLSO is student paced or teacher driven
Currently, Shout it Out is teacher driven and all students are directed to the activity when the teacher launches it. If the Shout it Out had the option of "student paced" students would to be able to submit images as evidence of learning after completing other SMART activities without having to have the teacher continuously launch Shout it Out.
25 votesThank you for your feedback, Candace. That is a very interesting use case for Shout It Out. We do have plans to make other aspects of SMART Learning Suite Online student paced, and they may address your use case even if they are not directly related to Shout It Out.

Individual Student Handout Navigation
When going through individual student handouts it would be nice if I could open an individual handout for a single student and navigate down through the lesson and directly to each subsequent handout for that particular student until I had them all graded.

The ability to reset the presentation all at once the way one could "clear ink" from all the slides in SMART notebook. I am spending a lot of time clearing entries between classes. Time I don't always have. The auto save function can be very annoying when the handouts I prepared for 2nd hour are already filled in from 1st hour.

Sharing student work
When you have an individual student work, it would be nice to be able to select one student example and project it on to everyone's screen to discuss.
