Issues uploading SMART files into Lumio When uploading smart notebook files to Lumio, they upload in 4:3 format instead of widescreen, leaving large black space on the sides of the screen. Is there an easy fix in the Lumio program or in SMART Notebook to make this transition easier? I'm afraid I will have to recreate everything!

YouTube Viewing Options for Teacher-Paced Lessons Currently when presenting a teacher-paced lesson, students are able to start an embedded YouTube video instantly on their devices. There is no way for the teacher to control when students are able to start the video which often causes a lot of disruption within the class. Sometimes teachers want to play a YouTube video for the whole class to view together. It would be extremely helpful if teachers could play a YouTube video where students see the video in sync on their devices - OR - where the teacher could at least be able to click the option for students…

Have Luniio integration with CLASS (this is part of Zoom) Our online school is moving to CLASS and in a training it was noted that Nearpod is actually integrated into Class and would like this same ability with Lumio.

embed website PearDeck has the ability to embed a webpage directly into the presentation. For example, I may be giving a lesson on a historical site. I can have 1/2 the screen show my notes and 1/2 the screen show an embedded website such as Google Earth or maybe an interactive science/math app while teaching a specific science/math concept.
This keeps the learners in one presentation so that they do not have to leave and return. I can also embed a Google Form, Doc, Sheets, etc on 1/2 the page so that my students can interact with these while still in the…

More creative slide options More options on creating slides. I currently create the majority of my slides in canva and then upload the image to Lumio. It would be great to have options like they have with creating fun slides!

Could the fill colors for shapes have an opacity scale, from transparent to opaque? If you are using the shape tool to create a marker for an activity, allowing the shape to be transparent would allow to student to still see their selection. Think of a bingo chip. It is transparent in real life. The same thing on Lumio would be wonderful. Opacity scale to fill shapes, please!

Could the fill colors for shapes have an opacity scale, from transparent to opaque? If I were to use the circles as bingo chips, I would like to be able to see through them like real bingo chips! Then I can verify if the student's selection is correct. Also, the student could still see their answer, without it being completely hidden.

be able to link to other lumio slides Within a Lumio presentation, be able to link to other slides in the same Lumio presentation. So if you have a recording sheet on slide 2, and you are working on slide 10, you can click a link within slide 10 to redirect you back to slide 2

Version History Option Once a file is used, I would like to be able to have a Version History option to be able to restore the file to its original state before use. When I teach, I write on slides; however, I do not want to have to go back and update each slide when using it again the following year.

Math Type for Students to use Students don't have a way to type math symbols, but teachers do. It makes it very difficult to have them show their work without it.

Alternative Formats for Some Exercises I'm teaching an ESL student, and would appreciate simpler (customizable) multiple-choice and matching formats. The spin-the-wheel and animal formats are fine for kids, but not a great match for adults. It would also be nice to include simple reward sounds for correct answers, and navigation animations (or arrows pictured on the slides) so students can progress onscreen through their exercises.

A method to delete the grey dead space on the side of lessons For lumio their is no way to present your lesson in a "fit to page scale" or actual full screen. there is a zoom feature that resets every time a new slide is clicked on.
two possible solutions is to make a fit to page option or to at least allow the zoom to stay active when switching slides.
