Currently, when we upload Smart Notebook files to Lumio, the board does not format to full screen. Using only 2/3 of the board is not ideal Make smart notebook files full screen when using Lumio!! C'mon, Smart Tech, this is a no-brainer!

Please add the ability to connect multiple pages as one activity. If we could upload a multiple page PDF (for example a two page article and graphic organizer) for students to complete. They would be able to both annotate the article and then refer back to it while completing the graphic organizer.

Safety Students accounts need to have the option to delete classes they no longer need to access or class codes need to not be reassigned to new teachers. This is a safety issue. Class codes are being reassigned to a new user when a previous user no longer subscribes. When students log in, they may see a class that is from someone they don't even know, nor the teacher knows. It could be someone from another country. So students can enter a stranger's class lesson if a teacher in their school no longer subscribes and that code is now being used…

Audio Out - Multiple Devices Students with auditory disorders/dilemmas need the ability for audio from the board to be pushed directly to their hearing aids. The issue is, as soon as you plug a cord into the "audio out" port, all audio from the board stops and is not possible to turn back on. It should be an option to leave that audio on and play from both so that all learners can get the best experience.

Increase the size of the presentation pages and keep them SAVED that way. I would like in the edit mode on my laptop be able to enlarge the teacher presentation pages and center them as I want in order to utilize the whole board in the room, making it easier to see for all students. And that it saves that way and I don't have to mess with the size of it again.

Flip Out needs random stacked deck as option As with the use of flash cards, one should have the option of pulling a card from the top of a randomly stacked deck. At that point the student should be able to place the card into at least 2-3 piles based on how well they knew the answer. After that the cards that are well know would come up less frequently. This would be in line with research on retrieval practice and would line up with flash card programs like Anki. It would make this SO much more useful!

Display name/prompt for activity slides Right now if I have multiple activity slides, such as Shout it Out or Response, I cannot see what the activity is without clicking the Edit Activity. It would make it much easier to organize my slides if I could assign a name to each activity that would display in the sidebar slide navigator, or even if clicking on the slide would display the activity prompt instead of just a screen that says "Student Responses Required."

Being able to manually put students onto team leaving the list alphabetical to do so I work online and we have a new livelesson platform called CLASS off of ZOOM. The breakout room feature is currently set to put students in automatically or manually from an unalphabetized list. The problem is that the random grouping in Lumio also is not in alphabetical order. I need an option to where I say can I have x number of groups and then allow me to move the students into the teams from an alphabetized list. This way I can match the team to the breakout room.

Undo ink Be able to undo ink (or any action), step by step, instead of the ‘clear all’ (rather nuclear option) we have at the moment!

I have been trying to adapt to other tools, such as Lumio. But there are drawbacks to Lumio.
Let me explain: When using other apps, such as Quizizz or Kahoot, there are great advantages that should be implemented in Lumio. Here are the top 7 recommendations that I have taken note when speaking to other teachers during the last school year.
What we recommend for Lumio:- Individuals, and not only teams, can play different games. It is important to view the student’s progress. The students can progress individually through a true/false…

increase the number of items that can be sorted from 10 to 15 Hello, in the Game Based activities, could you increase the Super Sort categories from 10 options in each group to 15 . We love to use this as an attendance check in but our classes are now more than 20... sigh... this would be AMAZING! My Grade 1 students loved to do this each morning and we haven't been able to do it for a long time. Thanks you for your time!

Integrate student logins with Clever. While in Clever, students could click on the Lumio icon and automatically go to hellosmart.com. Especially for younger students on Chromebooks who don't type or spell very well.

Self-paced slide progression When students are completing self-paced Lumios, I'd like them to complete slides in order and have the ability to review previous slides.

Timers (not widgets) for Whiteboard/Lumio lessons I would like to be able to embed a timer (or multiple timers) on a Whiteboard page, which I can then start independently (each timer). I like using multiple timers (widgets) to drive instruction, but I have to pull each timer widget onto the Whiteboard each time.

3d content that can be rotated and manipulated like it used to be woth the Trimble 3d content in Notebook (no longer supported) 3d content as it used to be, and from Trimble 3d resources, is no longer supported in Notebook and in Botswana in particular, we have many government schools who use 3d content extensively. Much of what was on Notebook is available on Lumio now. Please look into adding 3d content that can be manipulated, rotated and seen from a variety of angles. Thank you.

Organizing Resources with Folders Lumio has so much to offer classroom teachers, especially with the possibility to curate resources and create lessons. For effectiveness, please provide teachers the opportunity to create folders in My Library for organizational purposes. Thank you.
