Allow one student at a time to edit/ write on the lesson. Instead of every student having access to edit at once, I think the teacher should be able to click on a student and give JUST that student control to edit. When they all can edit at once, they act silly.

It would be so helpful to upload pictures from our Google Drive into Lumio I would love the option to be able to insert things from Google drive like pictures or clipart we have in our personal drive.

The Ability to Add Audio Files to Pages and Game Based Activities I would like the ability to add audio clips to pages and game based activities. If I can add video, and I can add images, I should also be able to add audio. Adding audio would be helpful with activities for Multilingual students, students in foreign language classes, and activities created for music, choir, or band and orchestra. Or just for teachers who are creating activities with vocabulary concepts that would benefit from an audio click attached.

Ability to disable TOUCH screen Teahers need ability to disable the "touch" feature. Sometimes students don't understand that they cannot just go change the video that is on the screen (especially in an EC class).

graph paper pages On the template pages, the graph paper that has bold and regular lines is spaced out in groups of 4. Can this be changed so it is in groups of 5? it makes for a much better way of teaching linear graphing, slope etc.

desmos Texas uses a Desmos calculator made specifically to align to our standards and tests. Our district would love to be able to use that calculator. I would like for my students to be able to the version that our state uses.

pdf I know that we are now able to download the actual Lumio deck as a PDF file, however I'd like to be able to download completed student work as a PDF. My students do AMAZING work and I would like to be able to print it to share with parents, or hang in my classroom for displays. I currently have to take single screenshots of student work. It would be helpful if there were a way to download the work as a PDF for easy printing.

Thanks for the feedback. We are exploring providing a more detailed lesson report that includes an export of all student work from activities.
In the meantime, an alternative to taking a screenshot is to open the student work and print the page or save the printed page as a PDF.

Allow Basic Default Settings in Whiteboard to be Adjusted and Customized Permanently I'm a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia and I had a Smart Board installed in my classroom this year. I really want to use Lumio more but there are several features that I believe can be adjusted to make the lives of teachers a little easier. One of those features is to allow teachers' customized preferences to be set to default instead of constantly having to change them to suit our needs. For example, I highly dislike the thinnest pen setting, and I prefer the medium or larger tipped pen. But every time I open a new file…

Thanks for the feedback. We will consider customizable pen settings along with other toolbar settings to help improve the user experience.

SOme "accuracy-games" such as blooket or gimkit For children these days we need Some "accuracy-games" such as blooket or gimkit, and the ability to use material such as vocabulary we already have in the lesson to create another one. As much as I see Lumio as a good resource it gets boring with the few crossword, flip and gameshow.
Moreover not having the ability to differentiate and have multiple classes it's an issue4 votes -
whole-class whiteboard Please add the ability for students to NOT be able to edit other students' responses on whiteboard! Make it a choice to a) all edit (all can mess around), b) only submit but NOT edit (the students can participate in the activity but NOT mess with the other students' responses), c) select a random/specific student to respond (check boxes to select/deselect).

add Youtube content and be able to delete it Once you search and add a video it cannot be deleted without deleting the whole page. I just want to be able to delete a single video. This feature went away with the update, it makes it very hard when teaching 4 and 5 year-olds.

Anonymize names so that teachers can share other students' work without everyone seeing their name. My students sign in with Google. When viewing student progress in Lumio there is not a way to share a student's progress with other students without showing the student's name. For example, I made a Lumio slide a handout and students are completing a math problem. I would like to show the whole class some of the student's solved math problems without the student's name.

Auto clean up after inactivity Have auto clean up after 5 min of inactivity to ensure no information is left behind and cover the fact that people might forget to sign off. Can have a pop up window to confirm that nobody is using the board before cleaning up.

Renaming Pages & Linking to Pages A couple of the useful functions in Notebook that are missing in Lumio would be the ability to rename pages so that they are easy to identify when presenting or editing a lesson. And the ability to link an object to a page (and not just a URL) in the same activity would be helpful as well.

upload multiple pictures at one time into a game It would be great to be able to upload a file of images into a game and have it populate the blanks instead of one at a time

Individual/Group Work Spaces When a handout is in individual/group mode, teachers have requested that you see the student's actual whiteboard space rather than just their name. This would give a quick visual of student progress rather than having to click on names to see the student's work.

Student display name needed even with Google sign in? Why is it necessary to have a student display name entered even with Google sign in? Think about this process with a kindergarten class. Just to get to the Google screen and "more about you" with these little students. I have 18 classes I see and in order to use the Lumio student name identification, an large amout of class time will be spent just prepping to use the program. This display name will be saved as typed though the student's academic years? If so, a whole pre lesson in keyboard and qwerty, upper vs. lower case typing is needed…

Spinners I created a lesson page in SMART Notebook that included a spinner. I uploaded the lesson to my SMART account, but when I open the lesson, the spinner isn't there. It says "Uh oh... This Notebook lesson contains unsupported content."
My students do not have SMART Notebook on their devices, so I can't use this page.
Please find a way to include widgets from Notebook in Lumio.
