  2. I cannot find any way to save the work done online.

    When I present and make annotations how can I save them in sls online? I cannot see a save button and I am not asked to save when I log off.

  4. An optional "Raise Your Hand" request for students on their dashboards and during lesson.

    Many students have anxiety or self esteem issues, so if there was a way for students to click an option on the screen that alerts the teacher that they need assistance that would be great.

    It should exist in the toolbar of the screen and always be visible to the students.

  5. What level of interactivity is supported? Some issues with display of a video.

    I imported a Notebook file containing two pages. The first page contains two image shapes and a YouTube video in Notebook.
    When viewed with Learning Suite Online on the student device, the first page only shows the video - the two shapes are hidden.

    Using a different notebook file, I signed into the class as a student using Chrome on an iPad. The changes made by the teacher are not shown in the student's view, like when I draw a circle around one shape. Reloading that iPad Chrome tab did not show the drawn circle.

    Similar web-based software requires browsers that provide substantial support for HTML5 like Chrome and Firefox.

  7. What is the minimum version of SMART Notebook software that can be used with Learning Suite Online

    What is the minimum version of SMART Notebook software that can be used to create Notebook files to be used with Learning Suite Online?

  8. I can't see any of the Notebook files that I have uploaded to my page.

    When is this issue going to be fixed. Nothing has changed since I first tried this on August 23. Why is this issue still going on? Was this program only optimized for Windows? If so, you're cutting out a larger fan and product base. This is a useful tool, but only if it works, which is DOES NOT at this point. It would be nice if someone gave me some background or some information on what the problem is. I feel ignored.

  9. I can't upload a notebook file.

    I get this error message
    Server Error
    Our servers aren't able to upload your file. We are working to fix this issue. Please try again later.

    I tried this four days ago and again today but same message.

  11. Will SMART Content from the content manager in SMART Labs be stored here?

    Will SMART Content from the content manager in SMART Labs be stored here so that it can be accessed at home and at school for lesson creation. It will make questions and lists more portable.
