Thanks for your feedback. We are working on adding support for more Notebook editing capabilities and will look at ways for teachers to export and archive Lumio lessons.

Interactive Compass There is an interactive compass that I can use in my Smart Notebook file, but it is not supported in Lumio when I upload my document. Is there a possibility to make this happen?

More responsive/quicker I haven't been using the "Lumio" part of SMART for very long, but I used the SMART Learning Suite software all last year and even was certified level 1 and 2.
Since the switch to Lumio, I feel like all my SMART notebook lessons are not quickly responsive like they used to be. If it doesn't operate a little smoother, I'm not sure I see much point in spending the time to make interactive lessons.1 vote -
naming a copy When I make a copy of the attendance Emoji, it automatically names it copy. I would like the ability to click make a copy and have the option of putting a new name on it. I have to copy, then edit, then name, then close then open for me to use it.

The ability to reset the presentation all at once the way one could "clear ink" from all the slides in SMART notebook. Time I don't always have. The auto save function can be very annoying when the handouts I prepared for 2nd hour are already filled in from 1st hour.

I want all of the things from Smart notebook to be available in Lumio Our district upgraded our smartboards to the 6000 series this summer. I am changing my notebook files to lumio so I can use them on the board.
In lumio, I am finding it difficult to use the tools I had on smart notebook files, Like a line tool. I dont know why they would take most of those things out but I used them very frequently and now I dont know how to get to any of it. Please just make a smart notebook toolbar in lumio.

Thank you for your feedback! We love Notebook too; we've added functionality to it over the last 20 years and there's a lot in there.
We plan on continuing to add support for the best of Notebook features in Lumio and making your Notebook files work better when imported to Lumio. For example, we recently added support for shapes and lines and the MathType equation editor.
We would appreciate your input to help us prioritize the features that are the most important to you. Let us know your favorite specific features by voting on ideas. If you don't see your feature suggested already, create a new idea.

Either lock text and images or/Teacher hover cursor to show which student last modified text and images Every class there is one or two students who grab student text and images and rearrange them. One student can completely disrupt a lesson. As it stands, I have no way of knowing who modifies the text or images. Please allow to show who last made the changes to text and images below the student who created.

SMART INK We recently got rid of our "first" Smartboards for new MX series boards. The pens (Smart Ink) don't work with the simplicty of the old boards. They want to quickly and easily write on documents. Please make it easier. (The SmartInk layer of gray lines is awful!)

Pictures (BIG - can be seen from the teacher screen) need to be in ALL game-based activities We are trying to limit screen time for kids. If we want to do a review game we want to be able to do this from the board as a whole group/class activity. However the pictures are so small and many game based activities still don't have the option to import a picture at all. Our rigor is very high so many times we need to import a picture of a math representation or question (word problem) to cut down on the time it takes to create the game.

In the game super sort, add the ability to add BOTH the text and a picture. This will help students in world languages with language acquisition to tie the picture and the word together.

Can we insert a screen shade during a live lesson, or put one in before we start the lesson? I would like to see the addition of a screen shade to hide part of my screen during a live lesson.
