Adding text option to the smart board not just Lumio
Adding the text option to the smart board software itself. Using a keyboard or on screen keyboard would be helpful when putting assignments on the fly. The option is in Lumio why not on the board you have an on board keyboard.....

Different colors for plain backgrounds for title slides
Black and blue aren't enough. If we don't have folders, at least a variety of colors would make life a bit easier.

Logging Students Out for Multiple Classes
How can we log students off our class if they never logged out...it still shows them in the class 6 weeks later. I teach several classes and want to keep student data, but I don't want to have to keep duplicating classes, but still data disappears if other classes login.

Uploading files containing infinite cloner
We tried to upload Notebooks from our Maths scheme of work and they relied on infinite cloner. we Could not even upload them. Sent the files to SMART for support and they had the same problem. It seems that these files cannot be uploaded. This would be a great feature to have in Lumio as the students could then manipulate the manipulatives themselves on their own devices.

SCREEN SHADE
Screen shade was an amazing feature that Smart Notebook had. Teachers had the ability to hide information, answers, etc. while keeping a screen up. I saw an article posted over 3 years ago where Smart Learning Suite said it was not a feature added just yet... can we please have this added to Lumio? I have several teachers who are hesitant to use Lumio without this feature being added. Thank you!

Spanish teachers would like to have on the whiteboard the feature of WRITE to TYPE in Spanish Language with all the Spanish special characters.

Create PDF files of completed lessons
I often use Lumio to open blank files to fill in during a lesson. I post these lessons to Google Classroom after they are complete, but I must post links in a Google Doc. It would be great if there was a feature that would quickly allow us to save a pdf version of the current document that we could save and be able to attach a copy of the pdf for students.

upload existing powerpoints into new templates
I have powerpoints with existing templates from powerpoint. Is there a way to upload the powerpoint into a Lumio template? For example, I would like to use the Spring template. Is there a way to upload my powerpoint into this template without having to manually switch everything over?

Add ability to play back audio in imported Google Slides
When importing a Google Slide made specifically for playing back the sound file attached to it, it doesn't respond.
If I could simply attach sound files to Lumio pages or objects (like in Smart Notebook) this wouldn't be an issue. As is I am desperately trying to find workarounds. And the workarounds don't work...2 votes
