  1. When writing using a Wacom, a blue box appears around part of my writing and moves with the writing along the page - very distracting

  2. edit text box

    I can no longer double click on a textbox that has already been created and edit any of the typing. It is as if it is an image once you leave the box for the first time.

  3. scroll bar

    For MAC SMART Notebook- the ability to move the scroll bar. You can move the toolbar from right to left, but not the scroll bar. Having the scroll bar on the left while in SMART is good for those right handed people.

  4. Browser für *.notebook Dateien

    Ich nutze den zeitaufwändigen Schulweg zum Arbeiten. Leider kann man o.g. Dateien nicht in einem Android System anschauen.
    Hier fehlt ein Browser für dieses Betriebssystem.
    Oder eine Anzeigemöglichkeit in einem Browser.
    Bitte realisieren!

  5. Keine Idee - aber eine Fehlermeldung

    Nach dem Update kann man aus Smart Notebook keine fehlerfreien PDF exportieren.
    Die Schrift und eingefügte Symbole/Bilder sind verschoben.
    Man muss viel Zeit aufwenden und probieren, bis ein Export ein vernünftiges Ergebnis erzeugt.
    Bitte dringend ändern!

  6. I hate that line spacing disappeared and that editing is now near impossible. Notebook has been ruined.

    Bring back the easier editing and line spacing from all the earlier versions. I despise the current Notebook iteration.

  7. Crop (aka "mask") an Image

    YOU TOOK AWAY MASKING AN IMAGE?!?! You only just recently introduced this option after never having a way to crop images. Taking it away is a huge step back.

    There should be a presentation view like in PowerPoint that allows the presenter to display the current slide while viewing the next slide.

  9. PowerPoint and PDF export on a Windows 11 Pro fails

    In order to export then I must view in Notebook 22, then export as PDF or PPTx. Otherwise, I get a permission file error that I cannot export.

  10. Automatische Anpassung der Seite

    Bein Einfügen eines Arbeitsblattes hat sich die Seite früher automatisch angepasst. Jetzt leider nicht mehr. Das Seitenformat kann auch nicht manuell in Hochformat geändert werden, so dass AB´s und Heftseiten nicht vernünftig dargestellt werden. Bitte wieder ändern!

  12. Lined and squared paper disappears

    Lined and squared paper disappears when you close and reopen the file even when you have saved this. Please can it be fixed so it stays when reopened once it has been saved and closed.

  13. Bring back / enable the font style "VA unliniert"

    The font style "VA unliniert" is missing since Version 23.
    Even after installing the font afterwards it appears in Smart, but the signs are small boxes.

  14. Being able to choose any color when using the highlighter pen

    Please bring back the ability to choose any color with the highlight pen feature. I use this tool regularly to show students how to color in a chart/picture/diagram while still being able to see what is underneath for observations and to help them follow along. I would love for this feature to be available again.

  16. Text Properties in the Toolbar

    I have never understood why the six preset text size/font buttons have existed and can't be customized or removed. They take up valuable toolbar space and force other more important properties to the dropdown menu. After all these updates no one has thought to change this?!? Also, WHYYY comic sans ; (

  17. timer

    I can no longer save a timer with modified settings to My Content. This is frustrating and was a big time saver in notebook 22.

    ALSO, and maybe this is just me, but my timer actions are not being executed. I want the slide to change when the timer is done but nothing happens.

  18. Who updated this? It's like you took away common sense functionality.

    It's so frustrating that common sense functionality has been removed from Smartboard 23.

    If you are typing something in a text box and you want to return to it to add or fix something you can't simply click on the area you want to fix. It simply doesn't allow you to place the cursor in with a click as you use to be able to do.

    PLEASE FIX THIS.

    I'll mention the Shade feature again..it shouldn't just be the dimpled areas allow movement of the Shade...it should be as it was, any gray part of the shade allows the user…

  19. add tabs for multiple documents open in one window

    Just like having multiple tabs open in your browser simplifies and enhances web browsing, having multiple document tabs open in one SmartNotebook window would make it easier to switch between multiple classes, or show bits from an old lesson. AcitveInspire has this feature and I miss it greatly.
