More than one window
please allow more than one window to be open at a time. i use Lumio with my special education students and I need to be able to switch quickly between the "notebooks".

open multiple Lumio lessons simultaneously
In some instances, it would be helpful to open multiple Lumio lessons simultaneously. Why? In order to utilize the safe view of embedded YouTube videos when teaching a whole group lesson. A teacher of non-verbal students relies on the videos in conjunction with the other parts of her Lumio lessons, and loves that the embedded/linked video option takes up less space on her laptop. The videos load much faster, too!

Add Desmos Geometry Functionality
Thank you so much for adding the Desmos function tool... but I would love to have access to the geometric construction tools for Highschool geometry too!

Template slides not rendering in thumbnail previews
When using the new SMART templates in Lumio, they don't seem to be rendering correctly, or consistently. This problem, likely a bug, makes it difficult to navigate the thumbnails. Currently, the slides are after only showing the template content rather than the content that I am adding to the template slide.

Hi Steve. Thanks for reporting the issue. We are working on addressing this. Currently, it takes a bit of time for the thumbnails to update, so you may find that if you go back to the lesson after a few hours, it does update to show your changes. However, our planned improvements will make the thumbnails much quicker to update.

Allow for audio files to transfer from Smart Notebook files!!!!
Please please please allow for the transfer of existing audio files embedded in Smart Notebook files! As a music teacher, most of my Smart Notebook files have audio attachments (e.g. accompaniment tracks, primary songs, instrument sounds, etc) and they are not transferring over when I convert the files to Lumio. Alot of work went into creating those files, and I do not have some of the music tracks anymore. They are only accessible through the Notebook files. Please add a feature that would allow for transferring those audio files. It would also be great to have a feature that allows…

Regular/Pre-planned Grouping for Collaborative Activities
It would be nice if there was an option to have students "grouped together" in preset groupings instead of Lumio automatically sorting the students when there is a collaborative activity - this would be really beneficial for primary school classes

Regular Email Without connection to Microsoft & Google
In our region we have some counties that has higher requirements and coming law changes. To limit services that are connected in any way to North America.
So we would love to see an option to create a SMART Account that isn't depended on any Microsoft/Google account as a base. And just make it independent.

Video and game setting options for teachers
Currently when a video or game is uploaded into a lesson, these items are set for the student to access even under Teacher lesson pacing mode. Could a setting be added for videos and games that allows the the teacher to select one of two options:
Show on teacher device only
Show on all devicesThis would allow the teacher to have the option to show the video or play the game as a whole class or to have students view/play individually.

Widgets in Lumio
Our teachers love Lumio, but there is one thing missing that they would love to see added in the near future. In SMART Notebook, teachers have access to widgets such as the dice and timer. These are not options in Lumio. Could these widgets be added? Thank you for your consideration and please let me know if you need any further information.

Customize who can access an individual handout activity
I would love to be able to assign individual handout activities to specific students (checkbox toggle whole class, or specific students) rather than it always being whole class.
Case use: when live class, would be nice to allow one student to demonstrate something from their device, while others aren't able to.
Also good for personalization of learning to ensure students are completing work appropriate for their learning.

select multiple images while presenting
I would like the ability to easily select multiple images while presenting or while students are doing their work and either move, group or delete in bulk.
For example: we were working with place value today using ones, tens and hundreds digital manipulatives. It was tedious when students needed to regroup and replace ten x ones blocks with a tens rod, as they had to select each block individually and click "delete"

I created a document but it did not store to google drive.
I have created files in the app that are not storing to the Google Drive folder. How can I manually move them to that location?
