  1. Logging Students Out for Multiple Classes

    How can we log students off our class if they never logged out...it still shows them in the class 6 weeks later. I teach several classes and want to keep student data, but I don't want to have to keep duplicating classes, but still data disappears if other classes login.

  9. Template slides not rendering in thumbnail previews

    When using the new SMART templates in Lumio, they don't seem to be rendering correctly, or consistently. This problem, likely a bug, makes it difficult to navigate the thumbnails. Currently, the slides are after only showing the template content rather than the content that I am adding to the template slide.

    Hi Steve. Thanks for reporting the issue. We are working on addressing this. Currently, it takes a bit of time for the thumbnails to update, so you may find that if you go back to the lesson after a few hours, it does update to show your changes. However, our planned improvements will make the thumbnails much quicker to update.

  13. Video and game setting options for teachers

    Currently when a video or game is uploaded into a lesson, these items are set for the student to access even under Teacher lesson pacing mode. Could a setting be added for videos and games that allows the the teacher to select one of two options:
    Show on teacher device only
    Show on all devices

    This would allow the teacher to have the option to show the video or play the game as a whole class or to have students view/play individually.

  19. More responsive/quicker

    I haven't been using the "Lumio" part of SMART for very long, but I used the SMART Learning Suite software all last year and even was certified level 1 and 2.

    Since the switch to Lumio, I feel like all my SMART notebook lessons are not quickly responsive like they used to be. If it doesn't operate a little smoother, I'm not sure I see much point in spending the time to make interactive lessons.

  20. naming a copy

    When I make a copy of the attendance Emoji, it automatically names it copy. I would like the ability to click make a copy and have the option of putting a new name on it. I have to copy, then edit, then name, then close then open for me to use it.
