I wish my students had the ability to chat with one another while they are doing their group work assignment. Instead of sending my virtual students into separate breakout rooms that I have to monitor, I'd love to keep them in the one meeting, but they are still able to communicate with their group.

Make activities available to children to work on at home without teacher. I have been using the online SMART suite for several days now and each time I assign homework, my students are not able to do an activity no matter how I share the lesson with them. They are not able to practice their skills or benefit from this learning platform. How can this become available to them after school hours so I don't have to stay signed in?

Online student participation It would be great if students could engage in Smart Learning remotely from two sites. I was looking at a great activity, Polar Express - spin the wheel... but both students / teams need to be in the same room. How about virtually environment, like Kahoot. Students can be engaged in the same activity from different locations.

Rendre les liens hypertextes accessibles aux élèves lorsque l'activité est en mode distribué. Nous aimerions que les élèves puissent passé d'une diapositive à une autre à l'aide d'un lien hypertexte qui le ramènerait à la page du début par exemple.
Cependant, les liens sont actifs qu'en lecture seule.Puisque nous voulons que l'élève écrive sa démarche sur la diapositive, nous devons les mettre en mode distribution. Cependant, les liens ne sont plus actifs sous ce mode.

Add teacher handout to collaborative workspaces As individual handouts have teacher handouts, is it possible to add similar teacher handout to collaborative workspaces as well? This will facilitate teachers to demonstrate the activity before releasing it to students.

You can allow us to make copies of a slide within the lesson!!!!!!!!!!!!! When creating a lesson, it is very frustrating to have to recreate the entire slide again, when all you want to change is a couple minor details. It is incredibly time consuming! For example, I am creating a lesson for kindergarteners using the number line. I have to click the plus symbol, then go back to find the page under the correct category, delete all the stuff I DON'T need (almost everything that comes on it), and input all my own stuff again.
It is easier to just make a copy of the lesson and edit that, however I don't…1 vote -

Link Classes to Help Colleagues! I would love to be able to link my class to another class or load material to multiple linked classes. Instead of sending materials to another teacher, we could help load them onto each other's without logging in and out.

J'aimerais pouvoir dupliquer une page d'une de mes activités afin de garder la même structure et d'en changer le contenu. Malheureusement, lorsque j'importe plusieurs images sur une page, c'est très longs. Ça serait pertinent de pouvoir garder la même page avec les mêmes images importées pour les dupliquer.

Importing Resource: Allow this feature at all times. I noticed when I start a if gives me the option to import PDF etc. However, when I start working on the file and want to import those same formats, it doesn't give me an option.

Preview feature Preview feature so I can look at the lesson from the point of view of the student. Also, make it so it does not mess with having to end the lesson because then the students can not do any of the work assigned.

Add Japanese character support I teach Japanese and find that some features are not useable with Japanese characters. (For example, I imported a PPT with characters and they turned into Wingdings; I could not add characters to the new "Word Search" game.)
