Start Location of Page Update the "start" location of the whiteboard to be the upper "left" rather than in the middle. If a teacher wants to scroll / zoom / move for more space, then the content is not aligned to the left it is in the middle, not making for clean notes / easy for students to follow.

Sweep Select Ability to sweep and select multiple files / folders in file management. Easier method than tap and hold / drag and drop. More intuitive like what we use on a cell phone.

Options for Sharing Files to Panel The users that I work with would love the ability to save Lumio or Notebook files directly to the Kapp iQ 'files' folder as a 'Board File'. This would be helpful when a teacher has to cover another teacher, so the lesson is already on the board.

Add capability to connect Bluetooth speakers/headphones Teachers often use their panels for station/center activities. Many times, audio is included in these activities which can be distracting for others at different stations. While utilizing the headphone jack is an option, disconnecting the headphone jack on the back of the panel each time audio needs to be played for the entire class can get cumbersome.
Having the capability to connect Bluetooth headphones would allow students to participate in the station activity while not disturbing others with the audio from the panel.

Automatically set homepage A way to run a script via usb or other to automate certain tasks to make panels uniform. In my case i would like to set all homepages on all the boards in the building to something in particular, instead of having to open browser and go into settings.

SMART IQ system should remember keyboard position It is really a pain to have to move the keyboard every time you have to use it. Fx if you have issues reaching if on top of the screen. - The system should therefore remember the last position, or at least give us an option to do so.

Removed feature from IQ 3.7. Creating Webb Links As Apps Hey SMART,
We would like to still have an option to add webb links in the App section of the Display. Which was a function you had on IQ 3.7.
Where you clicked the + sign to add Apps. And then typed in the search bar. It showed web results. And if you clicked on one it created a shortcut to the website. In the "Apps" section.

SMART iQ™ 3.8 app store improvements The new SMART iQ™ 3.8 app store should just provide apps which are really useful to be installed on a SMART Board® interactive display. I've tried to install the screen record app provided in the SMART iQ™ 3.8 app store, but this app had been designed obviously only for smartphones. So when starting the app it goes visually in landscape mode (so you have to do the George Clooney look and put your head to one side), BUT the app is responding to touch events still in portrait mode. Lock individual settings It should be possible to individual select which of the settings should be locked by the USB token. If you use the lock settings option in SMART iQ™ right now, certain options are still available which can be crucial - the factory reset for example is still possible even if the settings are locked. A lot of teachers are complaining that this will be used by students to play pranks with the result that the SMART Board® interactive display can't be used for a while.

Enable users to push out certificates via the SMART Remote Management Console When I click on a device or a device filter group and then choose Repositories actions->Settings->Add New->Certificates and try to Install a CA Certificate to my devices it always come back with the error 'Name' field has errors. I contacted support and they stated that this functionality is not supported at the time. They didn't know when or if it ever would be.
I would find this quite helpful as we have around a 100 boards in our schools and I would much rather be able to push out our certificates than visit each board to install them.

USB soundbar capability It would be great if, similarly to a USB webcam and microphone, the Smart Board could recognize a USB sound bar as an output device.

Changing a pen's default appearance within SMART iQ Hi SMART,
It would be really great if it's possible to change the default pen/ink thickness within SMART iQ whiteboard and annotation layer (like changing a pen's default appearance within SMART Notebook by using the properties tab).
