Resize Lumio Page/Canvas after Zoom or Radar (Grid)
Reposting this from a previous post from 2021 because it is still needed!
Zooming out on the smart board or moving around the space outside the center space of the radar permanently changes the size of the slide canvas in the Lumio file, shrinking everything present before the zoom out. Students using mobile devices cannot zoom back in without the slide becoming blurry.
I have been told by support that there is no changing it within the program. Please add the ability to undo the zoom out, or add the ability to crop the canvas. Perhaps there can be a "return to default size" option?

We have been voicing complaints about this specific unwanted functionality and requesting a fix for this for as long as I can remember. Why is Lumio so unresponsive to the needs and requests of teachers who use their platform everyday? Is it because SMART is already paid by the school districts, and therefore have no need to make improvements or respond to user requests when their business is already secure?

I am having a similar problem with PDF files that shrink and you are unable to get them to the original size. The only fix it to delete the page and load it again. This deletes all the work and you have to start over.
