'Fill' or paint can function
It would be really useful to be able to fill in a shape/object with a colour with one click. Or, alternatively click on the background and be able to autofill with light yellow as this is very helpful for children with dyslexia (reading blue text on a yellow/blue background)

I want to have a video audio play simultaneously while looking at a different slide.
I don't want to have a slide presentation open as well as a lumio presentation open. I'm trying to play classical music from YouTube but I want the students to have our content display on the board.

Is it possible to generate printing sentences using different fonts, size, etc on a pdf to allow students to practice tracing letters?
For example, the word and meaning of log in social studies. I want to write the word and its definition out....to help students who have special needs to learn to print as they learn the word and definition.
Log (primary source): a record of experiences made by an explorer.

Auto clean up after inactivity
Have auto clean up after 5 min of inactivity to ensure no information is left behind and cover the fact that people might forget to sign off. Can have a pop up window to confirm that nobody is using the board before cleaning up.

Allow for transparent image search through Bing integration
Please allow for searching for transparent images through the integrated Bing search. All images come in with a box around them through this integration, meaning the teacher has to first download the transparent image then upload it. It would be much faster to have this through the integration.

upload multiple pictures at one time into a game
It would be great to be able to upload a file of images into a game and have it populate the blanks instead of one at a time

Student Paced Activities
I would like the option to have students complete a Response or Shout it Out in student paced mode. It would be great to collect that data and give students a way to show their learning through multiple choice and other types of questions.

Adding Image/text formatting options
I would appreciate if we could have some quick formatting options when we select multiple images/text boxes like we have in Google Slides, such as align and distribute. This makes styling each slide a lot faster.

Bigger question in Shout it Out
The question on the board during Shout it Out is too small to be seen, so we frequently have to create backgrounds with the question in PowerPoint and import that as the background for the Shout it Out. It'd be nice if the question would be bigger - it would save this extra effort to improve usability.

Teams
Can we display the actual content of each team’s work at once or at least try to show 2 on the screen at the same time ? Also can their screens change to display the team that the teacher is displaying ?

Student display name needed even with Google sign in?
Why is it necessary to have a student display name entered even with Google sign in? Think about this process with a kindergarten class. Just to get to the Google screen and "more about you" with these little students. I have 18 classes I see and in order to use the Lumio student name identification, an large amout of class time will be spent just prepping to use the program. This display name will be saved as typed though the student's academic years? If so, a whole pre lesson in keyboard and qwerty, upper vs. lower case typing is needed…

Hello, our schoolboard has blocked different apps last year.
I have been trying to adapt to other tools, such as Lumio. But there are drawbacks to Lumio.
Let me explain: When using other apps, such as Quizizz or Kahoot, there are great advantages that should be implemented in Lumio. Here are the top 7 recommendations that I have taken note when speaking to other teachers during the last school year.
What we recommend for Lumio:- Individuals, and not only teams, can play different games. It is important to view the student’s progress. The students can progress individually through a true/false…

Could the fill colors for shapes have an opacity scale, from transparent to opaque?
If I were to use the circles as bingo chips, I would like to be able to see through them like real bingo chips! Then I can verify if the student's selection is correct. Also, the student could still see their answer, without it being completely hidden.

Slide link
It would be nice to create a link from one slide to another. So you could work on multiple slides then click a link to refer another slide in the document. Rather than having to click to bring the list of slides up and manually scrolling back to a previous slide e.g. you pose a question on slide 5 but the answer is on slide 2. you could click a generated link between the slide to switch back and forth.

Display slide content in shout it out. For example if there is a maths problem on the slide
Display slide content in shout it out. For example if there is a maths problem on the slide, when you use 'shout it out, send a copy of that screen to children rather than the grey screen there is currently.
Classflow have had this in place for a while and they were your closest competition.

Have a visual timer as a widget for more SPED related classroom
SPED classrooms tend to use more visual timers than the one standard on the board already. I added an example below of what it would look like.

Integrate student logins with Clever.
While in Clever, students could click on the Lumio icon and automatically go to hellosmart.com. Especially for younger students on Chromebooks who don't type or spell very well.
