When I imported my PPT for my Chinese teaching, the Chinese characters can't be shown up, they are showed like small squres in each slide.
It will be perfect to show Chinese characters in SLSO. There are many students learning Chinese Mandarin in the world. It is important for students to learn Chinese language using SLSO if you can make it work.

Larger Text for Game Activities
When I am editing text for games and I have a longer word, that word ends up being very tiny on the fish or whatever icon is used for that game. I would like the ability to either pre-set the font or change the size of the icon so that the text shows up larger and not so tiny. This is especially important for younger learners.

For Distance Learning
Google Meet capabilities within the slides so that students can see the teacher while instructions are in session and teachers can also see students responses on the slide in real time without having to change tabs.

Integrate notebook with Microsoft Streams (or teacher created video)
Rather than only being able to upload and embed a video from YouTube, have a similar embed feature for Microsoft Streams videos. It is frustrating when you are signing in with your Microsoft account that the two do not integrate as well as they could. This would also be useful for any video you had recorded yourself using the smartnotebook screen recorder

can only be logged in once
Sometimes a student stays logged in and I see that student's name 4 times on my list then when I make groups her name is on 4 different groups and I don't know which one is the "real" her.

Post a note to myself on the workspace set up screen
Once I convert the page to the activity, I wish I could write on the "workspace set up" page so that I know that activity has been done or that it is Mondays activity. For example, if I am on Tuesday activity I want to know that that activity is Mondays and that way I don't view it and I skip to the next slide. Somewhere where I can post a note to myself so I remember what the activity is.

Hi SMART Team, a request that is more and more showing up is the ability to change the color of the checkmark in the individual handouts
In individual handouts, the color of the checkmark cannot be changed for teachers and pupils to control the work or the comments that have been done.
Would be cool to have
no check mark = in progress
blue check mark = student has done the work (but the teacher has to check),
yellow check = teacher checked and student has to modify / check,
green check mark = checked by teacher (and student) - done.3 votes -

Be able to type on pages, not just individual and collaborative pages.
At the moment when using the online suite to present lessons it is only possible to use the pen tool on 'teacher' pages. It is possible to type on student hand out individual pages and collaborative pages, it would be useful to have this feature available on all pages.
This have become a problem since present from home on a computer where using the pen tool it very difficult to use effectively.
It would be even better to have the equation editor too for secondary and higher mathematics teaching, and the geogebra widget.4 votes -
Edit text for attendance and other lessons
It would be great to be able to edit text online. We have horrible laptops that can't run Smartnotebook so the only way for us to create lessons is SLS online. When using attendance, we cannot change names and can only use what is originally in the lesson.

UV light
Can you do testing to see if a UV disinfection lamp is safe to disinfect the smartboard? I work for a company that has a ton of boards and thought this might be a good idea to cut down on the 'wet' cleaning. Sterilize X- Home Disinfection UV lamp is an example of what I am talking about

It would be great if you can add additional Google Slides after you initially create the Smart Presentation.
I pulled over a Google Slide Presentation to SMART Learning. My partner in the meantime added a couple more slides to the Google Slide presentation. It would be great if you could add multiple presentations, or edit Google Slides presentations within SMART Learning Sweet. Otherwise if a change is made to your Google Tool, you need to start all over with a whole new SMART presentation.

Currently the tool bar is on the left when in presentation mode. Can we have the option to move it to the right?

View all pupils work on individual activity
When pupils are working on individual activity or group activity, I would like to be able to see all pupils work as a set of tiles showing thier live work. Then click on one to view it in more detail. I love the way I can interact with them but it's awkward not knowing if they need help until I click on their work.

Give interactive pages the same editing features for the teacher as they would have in a normal SmartNotebook. It is extremely frustrating to realize an error on the page or a desired tweak but not be able to do a simple "unlock" and change and relock as one would on a normal notebook file.
