See all student responses on one screen
When making an activity for individual response, it would be helpful to have the option to view all students responses on one screen. Currently, we can see individual student responses by selecting a student name, but when monitoring student work, it would be helpful to view all in addition to the ability to view individually. I've attached an image from whiteboard.fi to show a visual.

Thank you for the suggestion. We’re Ideating better ways to track student work and we’ll work on adding ways to quickly review student work as part of it.

Good Morning. I'm told Smart Notebook doesn't support shared network drives.
I'm having a hard time understanding why Smart Notebook doesn't support shared network drives. If Windows 10 makes said drives available to me, so should Smart Notebook. Expecting a teacher to copy Notebook files from a shared drive to the local drive in order to open is frankly ridiculous. Please correct Smart Notebook to allow teachers to open Notebook files from a shared drive like any other application would. Thanks. John IS Team, Grants Pass School District 7, Oregon

Teacher Dashboard Separate From the Delivery Display
The delivery display is the screen that you show to the class in person and stream online. There should be a separate teacher dashboard that I can have open on a separate device through which I can manage the class, view student input for filtering, and control what is being shown to the class as far as class input.

Multiple slides in one!
Nearpod has a great feature that lets you create a small slideshow within the bounds of a single slide (think multiple slides in one). This is an incredibly powerful tool! It allows a student to break down the steps of a concept without the disconnect that occurs when you move on to the next slide. I'd love to see something like that come to SLS! Math teachers would be able to use the slideshow feature to show the steps to solving a problem, or art classes can use it to illustrate layering effects, etc.

Enable gif compatibility!
We REALLY need the ability to use gifs in our lessons. They are engaging and useful!

Thanks for your feedback. We'll ask our dev team to investigate how best to support the use of gifs in lessons.

Move SLS Lessons to Drive
Only having the option to organize SLS lessons chronologically is very limiting. It's great to be able to create lessons in Google Drive, but what about the lessons I already have in my SLS library? I would really like to be able to move the SLS files I have in my library straight into Google Drive, so I can better organize by using folders!

multiple answers on quizzes and bigger (longer) picture options
I like to type questions for my SEN students in widget and then put answers on a widgit pictures to select from. The pictures are small and square shaped which doesn't allow me to do this. I also do questions like select 3 ......but cant do that either. Its a shame as its good but not a functional as google forms.

Individual activity
Once the individual activity has been given to students, I would like:
1. A way to bring all students back to the original page to go over the answer.
2. To be able to share the best student answer with the rest of the class.
Thank you for a great whiteboard tool.2 votes -
Have the option to put Youtube in a window.
This would be helpful for language teachers to annotate while a video plays.

Hide activities before they are started
It used to be that creating an activity activated an overlay so that students could not see the page. Now that overlay only appears in editing mode when I click to undo the activity and edit the page. I love that I can edit the page again after it has been an activity, but it makes no sense to hide the thumbnail in editing mode and show the activity page before the activity has started when running a slideshow.

Download resources created in SLS
Hypothetically, let's say I change schools. My current school email address is my login; my current school pays for the license. I go to my new school, but my old school email address is no longer active, nor is my SLS license from the old school. How can I access all the resources I've created in my account? If I could download my resources, I could have all those files ready to go before switching schools.
Or say the internet goes down, and I can't get to my lessons on the website. I could still use them on the board…5 votes -
upload multiple pdf files to be uploaded
There is often the need to upload content from multiple sources, like pdfs, PowerPoints, and images. Right now, we are only given the option to upload a single pdf file and it is automatically converted into a lesson, after which we aren't able to upload a second pdf file if needed. It would be great to have that ability!

Add the ability for students to type in activities.
It is great that students can draw and write in activities. However, it is tough to write when all you have is a mouse. Adding the ability for students to type and with the length of about one whole page would be a game changer.

Download Lesson from SMART Suite to PowerPoint Slides
To have a feature, that will allow downloading the lesson to PDF|Slides or any other format, which could be stored in another place.
The slides with games could be skipped, or changed to another format|looks, but it would be nice to be able to download at least anything:))

Can you make the memory game in Notebook 20?
Students touch on 2 cards to reveal a matching pair of like pictures and the cards disappear. If they do not reveal a matching pair of pictures, the cards flip back over.

I would like a tool for just sorting by one item. (eg. find the farm animals)
This is similar to the vortex sorting. The items that belong in the sorting group go in and disappear, those that do not are bounced back into place.

Start YouTube videos with a time stamp
Every now and then do I not want to show a Youtube video from the start, but from a certain time stamp (to come directly to the point). These timestamps have the format: https://youtu.be/v7NUi88Lxi8?t=509 (for example, this one starts at 509 seconds).
I would appreciate if this function would be implemented as nearpod.com (your competitor for learning software) has not this feature.
Thank you.13 votes
