On the class homepage change the START / EDIT options to be there always not just to light up when a mouse hovers over the thumbnail.
When wanting to start a class I find the thumbnail, then I go to click on it and as I do I accidentally hit EDIT cause it pops up out of nowhere then I have to wait for it to load - go back etc.1 vote -
Option to play from front of room.
I wish we could do these activities at the front of the room at the same time as on student devices so that teacher can model or one student can play at board without having to log in as a student.

Every teacher that I have demoed this product to all have requested a page that includes all thumbnail images of student progress This would be more efficient to check on student progress and identify needs.

SLSO - Student log in with school account (e.g. G Suite)
If our students log in with their G Suite for Education accounts, why do they have to key in their names? Or put differently, why can they choose any name they like? For teachers it would be so much more convenient, if the system used the student names that are attached to their accounts like other education sites that use the Google sign on.

Number of student participants
It appears that for the games the programming will only support up to 35 students. For those of us teaching remotely to multiple classes it would be helpful to allow for larger numbers.

Video playback
I would like the ability as an instructor to play the video, but not allow the students to play the video individually. If we are all in the classroom it adds another step to instructions and distractions when you have to say mute your machines and do not click the video.

Creating activities through SMART notebook.
In the smart notebook where we can create activities, some of the backgrounds have sound. I would love to have the option of turning off the sounds. They can be very distracting to the young children that I work with virtually through Hello Smart. In my classroom, I just turn the sound down, but when my students are working through Hello Smart with me on their own computers at home, that sound is bothering them and they cannot turn the sound down, because then we both cannot talk to each other. Please give us the option of choosing 'no sound'…

There are functions from earlier versions of Smart that I miss such as click / note reveal and anagram - could these be ire-introduced?

Add material from different sources.
You can create the sls unit from one source only!!
If you didn’t think about it from the beginning, you can’t add it, not even from your drive.
For example, you can’t add a page from notebook to a lesson, if it was started from the drive, and so on.

Insert Images on Whiteboard Page
Enabling the insertion of images during the whiteboard portion of an SLS lesson similar to how SMART Notebook enables image insertion. In math class, it is very handy to quickly insert a blank cartesian coordinate system to illustrate a graphical explanation of ________.

Interactive spinners, dice, cards, timers
ESPECIALLY in today's remote/hybrid world -- SMART has many opportunities for collaboration. I enjoy my students playing games together through SMART, but needing to access a separate website for spinners, cards, and dice is really challenging for young learners. Please help! :)

Review responses to multiple activities sorted by student.
If a lesson has multiple handouts it would be a significant benefit if the responses could be compiled and sorted by student. This would allow for the review of all the responses in a lesson by a single student without having to go to each individual slide to review the students body of work for that lesson.

Add a description or a question to the shout out page.
When the children have the shout out page on their own devise it would be great to have the option to add a reminder of the question at the top - especially useful for home learning where they only have one device.
