  1. Lock gestures button on whiteboard

    The kids and also the teachers are having severe problems on writing on the whiteboards without the annotation layer resizing or shifting unwantedly, resulting in destroyed proportions regarding the whiteboard backgrounds. I'd like a way to lock the gestures or to turn them off completely for the system, since they destroy a lot of usability for us sadly. (GX series)

  2. Let the MX275-V2 run the SmartMirror app for screen projectio

    We are a campus of 24 plus SMARTTechnologies SBID-MX275-V2. The last order arrive and were the SMARTTechnologies SBID-MX275-V3.
    PROBLEM: the V3 runs Smartmirror NOT SmartScreen.
    PLEASE PLEASE get SmartMirror to run on the V2

    This is a massive training issue if the V2 and V3 run two different Window screen sharing software...

    I'm really questioning if we should have stuck with SmartTech - I know that the next time we are doing a campus upgrade.. other devices will be considered

  3. Make OPS "network card" deactivatable

    It should be possible to deactivate the network card that is passed on from the display to the OPS PC.

    The background to this are "problems" in networks where certain images are installed via PXE boot based on the MAC address.

    It happens again and again that the MAC address changes later.

  4. bring back the small eraser

    I used to have a Smart Board 6000 series and the nicest feature was the mini eraser on the end of the pens. I recently got a new MX series board and I'm very disappointed by the lack of small eraser. I'm a teacher and being able to erase a small section instead of using my palm to erase it all is a lot easier when it comes to teaching.

  5. SMART modelo MX100 y webcam

    Tenemos una pantalla SMART modelo MX100 comprada recientemente y no podemos conectarle una webcam. Nos parece increible que una pantalla tan reciente y no muy barata para un centro escolar no soporte la conexión de una webcam para videoconferencias.

    ¿Se podría hacer algún tipo de actualización del software para solucionar este inconveniente?

  6. IP based control or upgrade on RS232

    It would be nice to be able to send many commands via RS232 at once and that the product can support that. Example: sending a volume up command consistently by +1 though a room controller.

    Alternatively, it would be nice to have a way to control your SMART products with room control hardware using IP based controls.
