IP based control or upgrade on RS232

It would be nice to be able to send many commands via RS232 at once and that the product can support that. Example: sending a volume up command consistently by +1 though a room controller.

Alternatively, it would be nice to have a way to control your SMART products with room control hardware using IP based controls.

    How can we find the necessary commands to control the display over the network instead of RS232? (On, Off, Change Source, etc.) If you can share this information, we would like to develop a control and management software that includes only basic functions with a very easy-to-use interface.
