PIN that stays locked until you re-enter it again
We love the new PIN option but there is a problem with it staying locked. We are a Catholic School who shares our classrooms with many other functions after school hours and would love to lock our boards so they can not be used by anyone but our teachers, we do sign out of our accounts so they are not available. If we put the PIN in and shut the board down, when it gets started back up it has unlocked. This would be a great feature for many schools I presume, is there a way to make this happen? Thank you!

Building on this, could we have an option to force a pin for all boards from Admin Portal which has to be entered to wake the board from standby, had a lot of trouble with students mucking around on the boards during breaks and lunch

An option in SMART IQ settings to have a Password or PIN required to use the board after it boots up. Like any phone or laptop today.
As of 5/12/22 there is a basic PIN feature that addressed one of 2 points from someone else's idea. A PIN that prohibits someone from looking through materials while the presenter is out of the room. But in many classrooms there are some pretty witty students that know that turning off the smartboard (By holding the power button for 10s or unplugging the power cable) and turning it back on, gives full access to the board, minus the settings which can be locked down.
