Dear Sir/Madam, it would be great if I could set the pen width to a specific default value. Mine is always too thick for my liking.
Not sure if my version is correct. It says under About Notebook --> Tech support Version 19.0.1386.0 on OSX 10.14.6.
It would be really useful to be able to change the pen width in default settings. So far I have not been able to change them.

I would love to see a coin flip widget
There used to be a flash coin flip option, but since Flash is no longer supported, I don't think any other coin flip option is available... This seems like a big step backwards, as this was a very useful tool, especially in numeracy and probability.

watermark
A better zoom meeting interaction. Meaning, get rid of the watermark since we cannot be on campus connected to a smartboard in the first place.

Clicking on the Page Sorter icon in SMART Notebook 20.1
Clicking on the Page Sorter icon in SMART Notebook 20.1 for Mac when Auto-Hide is not enabled should always expand that tab just like selecting other icons in the sidebar tab like Gallery, Attachments, Properties and Add-ons. We should not have to depend on selecting and moving the divider to expand this view.

Customise and save features for black background
For years now I have been writing with light colours on a black background. It eliminates glare for students.
Notebook has generally got much better over the years, but can we please have a feature for saving pen colours, line colours and thicknesses, text colours and the colour of inserted equations?? One that won't reset when another user takes over.

Remove the Watermark
I have many lessons that I have created over the years using SMART notebook. Unfortunately I am teaching from home and obviously do not have a SMARTboard in my house. Now those lessons that I created cannot be used because of the watermark. Please consider removing the watermark until this Covid crisis is over. Thank you!

Teacher Only Note Section on Slides
We need to be able to provide our teachers with a notes/lesson section (like how you can add notes to individual slides in PowerPoint that your audience can't see). Would it be possible to add this feature to slides in the notebook? We share lessons a lot and it would be really helpful to be able to outline what teaching should happen on what slide in the lessons.

The ability to hide marks by color.
I teach math with a smart board. Often times I end up using multiple colors to show, for example, how graphs of different functions relate to each other. It'd be great to be able to show/hide marks made with the green marker or one of the other colors with a single click (I realize it would be harder to implement with all colors but just the 4 marker colors would be great!).

Simpler animation-control, especially for bulleted lists
This idea is similar to "Importing PowerPoint Slides with Animations into SMART Notebook", but takes it further.
In many applications making an animated bulleted list, where bullet points appear one-by-one, is easy.
In Smart Notebook, animated bullet points are cumbersome, since:
1) bullet points must be in separate text boxes, or be covered by separate filled rectangles with fade out animations,
2) to edit text-box-bullet-point you must right-click->turn off animation in properties->edit bulletpoint-> turn on animation (>10 clicks)
3) bullet points will easily overlap each other if you first made a list of appearing bullet points and then want to…3 votes -
Robust timed saves
Timed pdf-saves to a cloud folder like Dropbox is useful, as it permits sharing an always up-to-date url-link of the lecture notes.
Unfortunately, the timed-saves feature is extremely fragile. Many actions will permanently break the timed-save-link between the document and the pdf. By this I mean that timed save is reset (to no save) next time document is opened. Remaking the timed-save will also no longer work. Only work-around is making a new empty document and copy-past all slides over, then create a timed-save.
Actions that I have discovered break the link are 1) changing name of parent folder 2)…

Hi, teachers think the new video search isn't as good as the previous YouTube search. Many videos they want to embed is filtered out in the new search function. Is there anything you can do about it?

Pairs Game
Please can we have the original Pairs game back. The new version is just not the same. The children visiting our restored watermill are very disappointed when they cannot play the pairs matching games that we have set up and the dragon version just does not allow them to play in the same way.

I loved the spinning anagrams and balloon pop interactive and multimedia you all use to have. Please bring adobe flash player back. I would love to use all the lessons I created using it back in 2010 especially since I am teaching virtually now. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.
