Synchronous video - the teacher is able to present a video to her class all at the same time through the presenation
Synchronous video through the presentation - teacher will be able to embed a video into the slide show and while presenting the students can watch the video synchronously while the teacher reserves the right to stop the video and teach through portions. Right now, the students each have to view the video separately. I would like to include a video, share the screen in teacher mode, and be able to have the entire class watch the video at the same time. This is a necessary feature.

Give interactive pages the same editing features for the teacher as they would have in a normal SmartNotebook. It is extremely frustrating to realize an error on the page or a desired tweak but not be able to do a simple "unlock" and change and relock as one would on a normal notebook file.

Game Templates - more variety; audio
My class is special needs and they respond very well to the action and music. Custom templates: Could you create a few more templates and give teachers the choice to select their backgrounds and audio?

Being able to add or get rid of "Individual/Collaborative Activities" when editing a 2nd time
It would be great to be able to re-edit a presentation after you have already designated which slides are individual/collaborative activities. For example, Slides 3&4 were individual during my lesson but I realized that they should have been teacher led. I cannot take the individual activity off the slide without deleting the entire slide. How do you make it go back to just a regular slide instead of deleting the whole thing?

Background option
Teacher working with special needs children would like to have the option to have the background mildly beige-yellow. That colour is better for everybody, especially for those with vision problems.

Make cell shades compatible with SLS online
Please allow cell shade to work on the lessons after they are uploaded as a Notebook file.

Editing the SMARTNotebook on SLSO
I would love to be able to edit a SMARTNotebook lesson once it is online. Most teachers at my school do not have access to SMARTNotebook on their personal computers and can only create these activities while they are at work. If they were able to work on these Notebooks without having to have access to their school computers with Notebook installed, that would be great. I think it would be most important to be able to type in the document in SLSO, move objects around, and create objects. It would also be cool if any changes made using SLSO…

PLEASE add a CROP tool/button to CROP images, as it takes hours currently to save and screen shot each individual AAC image before uploading
PLEASE add a CROP tool/button to CROP images, as it takes hours currently to save and screenshot each individual AAC picture symbol image before uploading. Additionally, if I try to upload a PPT that I have already made (after spending hours cropping all existing images and visuals) all of the pictures that I previously cropped blow up and I am left without any option or button to re-crop the images, leaving me to seek other tools with a crop button where this is an option.

We should be able to use the pen tool with all aspects of the program. For instance on "shout it out".

Thanks for the feedback. For Shout It Out, an alternative is to use a Whole-Class Whiteboard activity for brainstorming and discussion, which does support inking as well.

New in a Library to be hidden
When in an Org Library, we want to be able to add the New in a Library section so that it starts with the Folders. In a big organization, those new files are not that important to most but what is in the folders for their content will be.

Six ideas
I'm a moderate to severe special education teacher. All of my students are non-verbal and do not read. I use a large number of images that are moved or selected so that they can demonstrate understanding. Often we do an activity where they do work on an iPad while I model on the board. Some simple features that I would really like would be:
- Drag and drop images onto a page.
- Lock the size and rotation of objects but allow them to be moved around the page.

Auto Fill Shapes
It would be nice to be able to automatically fill an object with color. For example, draw a triangle outline and tap to fill it with the same color, or change colors and tap to fill.
