  1. Importieren einer PDF mit guter Auflösung (MacOS)

    Es wäre schön, wenn man PDFs direkt importieren könnte und nicht als Bilder. Ansonsten sollten die einzelnen Folien/Seiten zumindest eine gute Auflösung haben, da diese sonst sehr unscharf werden (siehe Anhänge). ich fände es zudem auch gut, wenn die Folien bzw. die Bilder der Folien nicht verschiebbar sind. Ich arbeite am MacBook mit der Notebook-Software.

  2. ipad to computer connection

    At home, my ipad is the smartboard. I can write chemical formulas and solve problems very easily but then I can't transfer the files to my computer!

    Files that I have created in school using the actual smartboard can't be modified using the ipad - It is really painful to solve mathematical problems using the mouse as a pen

  4. Support for newer Ubuntu-Distributions

    We need updates for the Linux-Version!

    With Ubuntu 16.04 reaching EOL in the near future, we need an update for the Linux-Packages to be able to install them on 18.04 or even 20.04. We don't need the features from the newer Versions, we just need official support for Version 11 for newer Ubuntu Distros. Without it, schools here in Europe trying to teach using Linux need to buy more PCs and Windows Licences just for using the Smartboards they already own, which is money that could very well be spend in more important areas.   10. Make base ten blocks

    Base ten blocks need more...like Active Inspire/Promethean has where there are lines in the blocks to help show place value (hundredths unit, tenths rod, flat)

  12. Importing PowerPoint Slides with Animations into SMART Notebook

    I would like the feature where you can import PowerPoint slides into SMART Notebook, while keeping the existing slide animations. This way, I wouldn't have to animate every slide with new animations

    In the online version, I want to upload more than 1 PDF file. Once I upload one pdf, that option is gone.

  14. Kunne låse rekkefølgen på elementene. Be able to lock the order of the elements.

    Det hadde vært nyttig å kunne låse rekkefølgen på elementene man bruker i notebook. Eksempelvis slik at man kan dra uendelige kloner bak et objekt (bilde) man har laget. I mitt eksempel kunne jeg tenke meg å lage uendelige kloner av penger, for så å kunne "sette dem inn i banken" og veksle dem i nye penger. Da hadde det vært fint om de la seg bak bildet av banken jeg har laget. Men uendelige kloner som lages legger seg fremst.

  15. Printing defaults

    By default SMART Notebook prints in colour.

    Even if you untick the print in colour option, the setting is only retained for that session meaning that when you close and reopen the program it goes back to printing in colour as default.

    This is particularly wasteful.

    Please introduce a registry key or other setting which will allow us to set the default print option to monochrome.

  16. Math equation editor

    Math Equation Editor

    It is not possible to type blank space in the Math Equation Editor, for example between number and unit/domension. Furthermore the equations look horrible in the newer version of the Math Equation Editor. Letters, numbers and characters are extemly close to each other, so it looks ugly. Please change this. I'm a teacher in Germany

  17. Can you please get rid of the watermark on my smart notebook so I can share with students on-line?

    We are teaching from home because of coronavirus. I really need my Smartboard software. I used my Smartboard ALL the time at school. I have a free version on my laptop at home but I cannot share my screen online with kids because of the dang watermark. PLEASE remove it. This is a tool I already know and love. I cannot keep learning new tools.

  20. Wir brauche ein neues Tools für die Verbindung IPAD zu unseren SMARTBOARDS Da Maestro eingestellt gestellt wird. Was gibt es als ALternative

    Mit Maestro und der SmartNotebook APP konnten wir super im Raum agieren.
    Für neue Kollegen ist dies nicht mehr möglich da die APP von eurer Seite eingestellt worden ist.
    Super Hilfreiche Tools einfach einzustellen macht uns das Leben schwere. Ist das die Hilfe die Smart anbietet? Welche Alternative gibt es ? Bis jetzt wurde mir nichts angeboten was diese Funktion wiedergibt.
