Ability for teachers to share and build the same lesson together. Co-author a lesson
Teachers team teach and co-build the same resources all the time. if you be great to see two or more teachers working on the same lesson at the same time. So basically I would be putting together slide 1 and another teacher can be on slide 4 and another teacher can be working on slide 10. The same would be great for students, if a group of students can be co-authoring a lesson and submit it for assessment
Good news! As part of the Spark plan, you can now create shared libraries (dedicated spaces for curating and sharing lessons) and co-edit lessons in real-time within those libraries. Interested in the Spark plan? Learn more about our plan options here: https://www.smarttech.com/en/lumio/pricing

This would allow teachers to collaborate and create the lesson together.

Co-authoring a lesson also lends itself to co-marking? Will this be a feature of co-authoring/co-teaching as well?
Thanks!

Multiple teachers need to be able to edit one file simultaneously when using SMART Learning Suite online.

We work as a grade-level team... is there a way to create a SMART suite lesson, but then duplicate and share the entire presentation with another teacher?

More than one teacher can work at the same time. When someone makes an edit, you can see it on your screen if it has been shared with you.

I am a teaching assistant who is creating content for the teacher during this time of distance learning. Right now I have to copy and paste the link for every single game I make and put them in a Google Doc for the teacher to access them. It would be very helpful for us to be able to connect accounts, so that everything I create she sees, and everything she creates I can see.
Ideally it would be helpful to be able to connect multiple teachers, so other classrooms in our building (the other 1st grade, special ed, etc) can easily access the resources. Even if we can have our own page, but have a "friends" option so we can see other people's pages.

I made a monster quiz and shared with other teachers in my team. We wanted all of us to add questions, but I couldn't see the other teacher's contributions. It was in a shared folder where all of us could edit the file.
Is cooperating on an assignment not an option? If so, I would like to make this as a suggestion. -

I have logged in using my Microsoft account and my Google account. I would like to combine the activities created into one account. Or possibly share created activities with another teacher I collaborate with.

I would like to be able to share and search content with other teachers, especially activities like monster quizzes.

So glad to get the Google integration turned on at our district! A future step would be collaboration within the Notebook file. Happy to have the shortcuts to share from G Drive, though!

I would like to be able to co-edit in real time with colleagues similar to a shared Google Doc. If I make edits to a Smart Notebook at the beginning of class, I would like the other teacher to be able see the changes when she uses the same notebook in her class.

To share the lesson with another teacher, keeping the student results separate as well.

First, it's really fun to see how SLSO is changing and developing constantly. And it's even more fun to test it with the students. I have three different ideas, and I hope it's ok that I post it in one post.
It would be great if there was a way for the students to make Smart labs in SLSO. The students really like the different Smart labs and to play the different games on the flat panel or on the computers. But a really great and fun way to engage the students in their own learning, is for them to make their own smart labs. In this way they have to think about what they have learned and how they want to present it to other students that is going to play the labs. If they could make this in SLSO, they could create the smart labs in the browser or in the app. Afterwards they could share the lab with entering the class ID?
The next thing I want, is the ability to share content with teachers and pages like smart exchange and smartskole.no... I'm thinking globally and locally. What about making folders that you can invite teachers to join? Let's say that I made a folder that's named "Mathematics". In this folder I can make a new folder with the name "Geometry". The mathematics folder is shared with teachers at my school, that we could use as a "bank" containing different smart labs. I believe that sharing content is a great way for teachers to help each other, and that we should do it more often globally. But sometimes, sharing with teachers at the same school is a great way to start.
The third and last wish is classes in SLSO, like in SMARTamp. The ability to hand out individual copies and to group students is one of the best features in SMARTamp. This way the students cant work within their own zone of proximal development. I would like to hand out notebook files or smart labs to different students or groups. So, what about making it possible to create classes with student IDs? Could the students have a unique student id they used to sign in with, instead of entering their name? Or a google account? So, when they logged on, they entered directly in my class with the handout visible?
Have a great day and keep up the good work you are doing. Using your products and software is enriching the students learning.

Responding to SMART---We use Gsuite for documents. We can currently share Notebook files in that platform, but the files then have to be downloaded to be opened in notebook or SLSO. It does work, but a few extra steps. If a link could be generated, previewed, and then uploaded to SLSO, that would be the best, and quickest method. We could then create resources for teachers could be quickly accessed.

Thanks. Great idea! Does your district use either GSuite or Office365? To help you share your lessons, would you prefer saving directly to shared folders in Google Drive or OneDrive, or is a link still the easiest way to share?

As Technology Integrationists we create a lot of technology resources for teachers in our school district. It would be awesome if we could create curriculum connected resources for our teachers and share them easily. A shareable link would be AWESOME!
