Uploading files containing infinite cloner
We tried to upload Notebooks from our Maths scheme of work and they relied on infinite cloner. we Could not even upload them. Sent the files to SMART for support and they had the same problem. It seems that these files cannot be uploaded. This would be a great feature to have in Lumio as the students could then manipulate the manipulatives themselves on their own devices.

Whiteboard WRITE to TYPE in Spanish Language
Spanish teachers would like to have on the whiteboard the feature of WRITE to TYPE in Spanish Language with all the Spanish special characters.
Now, when we write in Spanish the SMART board is confused and types any word in English.3 votes -

Customize who can access an individual handout activity
I would love to be able to assign individual handout activities to specific students (checkbox toggle whole class, or specific students) rather than it always being whole class.
Case use: when live class, would be nice to allow one student to demonstrate something from their device, while others aren't able to.
Also good for personalization of learning to ensure students are completing work appropriate for their learning.

select multiple images while presenting
I would like the ability to easily select multiple images while presenting or while students are doing their work and either move, group or delete in bulk.
For example: we were working with place value today using ones, tens and hundreds digital manipulatives. It was tedious when students needed to regroup and replace ten x ones blocks with a tens rod, as they had to select each block individually and click "delete"

It would be good to have a cursive handwriting font- A lot of schools use this.

linking an image to external website
Be able to inserta a link to a website in a picture. You are able to do this in Smart Notebook but not within Lumio. For example, students can click on the picture of a sun and it takes them to the Weather Network website to see what the weather will be like for the day.

Pictures (BIG - can be seen from the teacher screen) need to be in ALL game-based activities
We are trying to limit screen time for kids. If we want to do a review game we want to be able to do this from the board as a whole group/class activity. However the pictures are so small and many game based activities still don't have the option to import a picture at all. Our rigor is very high so many times we need to import a picture of a math representation or question (word problem) to cut down on the time it takes to create the game.

Lumio has the ability to re-size slides, however, it does not save. Please make them save to the size the teacher chooses.
I was very happy to re-size my Lumio slides to 150%. It made for a nice optimal classroom display, but it did not save. I would need to resize my slides for every presentation daily. Please give the option to save this setting.

Resize images
Uploaded images in activities (ie. label reveal) appear smaller compared to the space available. It would be nice to be able to resize inserted images once they're uploaded.

Hebrew text integration that works with multiple fonts, word search, and other features
We would like to do word searches, matching games with Hebrew, which is only showing as unicode and not fully functional.

PDF comments
If kids are being asked to make annotations or comments on a PDF, allow the comments to appear outside the margins of the main slide. Currently, they can only appear on the document, but I would like them to be able to move them around outside the margins as needed.

I am making a matching review for biology. The definitions are long, so the words get very tiny. Is there a way to make them bigger?

Different topics for each collaborative group in activities
For the One Minute paper, allowing for each group to have a different topic to be discussing (rather than having the same slide/topic for each group). This would allow for different scenarios to be discussed in the groups at the same time, so that they would have things to share. It would also be neat to have a presentation/sharing option within SMART Learning Suites, where the work from each group could be viewed by the whole class.

Reading assessments that track data
I think it would be possible to integrate assessments that would allow a teacher to track data for things like sight words, nonsense word fluency, oral reading fluency. If we consistently use this application for assessments like these the data could be stored easily. Information could also be exported to reports that can be shared with parents.

Be able to see text as students are typing
I wish we could see the text as students type (to offer feedback and assistance) instead of just when they finish!
