Hi! I know that others have recommended this. I've mentioned it in the past as well. The Mac version needs to support 4K files!
At work, I use a PC. The files generated by SMART Notebook 23 and 24 do not load correctly in my Mac at home. This is because the Mac version of SMART Notebook does not seem to be 4K friendly.
I think this is a must-fix at this point. There must be thousands of other cross-platform users out there. This makes it impossible to use my home computer to edit any of my existing Notebook files. If you need some examples of how this is a limitation, I'm happy to provide screenshots or videos for your support team. Thank you!

Notebook Crashes when using Snipping Tool
When using the snipping tool on Windows 11, Notebook crashes from a clipboard error.

Can we have a date that updates it self on the board? Just like the interactive timers/clocks but an interactive date.
For teaching it is important to have the date. It would save time if it could be inserted and update automatically.

be able to change the background colour of the clock and make it smaller
I love the clock, but the black background for the digital? It would be great for the background to match that of the page and have the digits a choice of a few colours?

Please make the background 'Grid - medium' available as all blue lines, rather than a mixture of blue and red. Children find this difficult to follow as our maths books are just blue but I require the size squares of the medium.

Update language translations
Swedish translation is partially out-of-date and partially incorrectly translated. For example "upphetsad" from "excited". As this word means that the person is (sexually) excited, not (joyful/angry) excited, it's quite inappropriate.
Depending on if it's joyful-excited or angry-excited, it'd be: (joy) "exalterad" or (anger) "upprörd". It's brought some giggles around the office.

crashen voorkomen
hoe kan je voorkomen dat het programma zo vaak crasht. Mijn vorige versie had dit helaas ook vaker. Maar dan lukte het herstellen vaker wel. Nu dus niet meer. Ik ben echt alles kwijt. Ook automatisch opslaan is dus een vereiste en dat werkt ook niet.

words moving after saving
With the new update, I open newly made SMART files (made using the same version of SMART Notebook as I'm presenting them in...made on the same laptop on which I'm presenting) to find words moved, enlarged, etc. Even when I lock them in place.

Please integrate an option, where saved options can be exported to other devices with the same software.
id like an export button for any changes that a re made within the software to share it across my school so every teacher knows the set options.

The reset page feature is only working one time.
If I try to reset multiple pages, it only does it on the first page I try to reset.
