  1. Disabled Message on Display

    Hey SMART,

    It would be great if you could show a message on the Display, when a specific app through the Remote Management is disabled. Like "This app is disabled"

  4. Better SMART Remote management documentation

    The "ADMINISTRATOR GUIDE" is not in detail, so many functions are no mention. The users are so confuse !

  5. Allow granular security permissions for User Accounts

    Currently in RMS you can choose between 'Admin, User, Observer, Techer' and these permissions do not make much sense. It would be nice to set Granular Permissions to certain accounts like if I want my Help Desk to only be able to Remote Control Boards.

  6. Security permissions and Tags

    Allow the Tags for User Accounts to function as you would expect. If I have a Technician in charge of three buildings and I have the Boards tagged for Building Codes, I would expect to be able to limit that user to engage their permissions on just those devices with those tags. This currently does not work.
