Save Whiteboard to Google Drive
I would love to be able to save and share my Whiteboard creations directly to/from my Google Drive from within the Whiteboard app. Having to use the QR code to screenshot it is added steps that seems cumbersome.
28 votesWork on this is underway. We’re anticipating that whiteboards, PDFs, and Office documents can be saved and opened from Google Drive.
In the meantime, you can use the Google Drive web app located on the iQ .35 Apps Store to access your files.

OneDrive for Business
Is it possible to have OneDrive for Business synchronization in Files as well as ordinary OneDrive that you already have working. This is important for schools and businesses who use the Business side of Microsoft

Options for Sharing Files to Panel
The users that I work with would love the ability to save Lumio or Notebook files directly to the Kapp iQ 'files' folder as a 'Board File'. This would be helpful when a teacher has to cover another teacher, so the lesson is already on the board.

Download PDFs to Lumio
In the current IQ running on the AM60s in my district, all whiteboard files are saved locally to the board. Currently, in order to share whiteboard files to lumio, they have to be shared to Google Drive on the board, opened in Drive, then opened in lumio. It would be a much more streamlined process if, like on the previous IQ, teachers had the option to automatically save whiteboard files and PDFs directly to Lumio and save to the clout.
1 voteThan you for your patience, Audrey. Saving to Lumio and choosing Lumio as your default file location will be included in our next iQ update.

Export all/multiple drawings as pdf at the same time
This was removed in 3.12, but it was broken/buggy before then. Reinstate multi-export to USB. Currently only supported to export one at a time - not useful with hundreds of drawings!

Quick log in change in iQ
Teachers in our schools share classrooms and access iQ with their SMART account on SMART Board MX. Further equipment to be deployed further in the coming years.
Quick log in in iQ on MX V3 is not possible as there is a need to fulfill the SMART ID each time a teacher needs to disconnect to ensure the panel is ready for the next colleague to authenticate. Could there be a way to ensure quick log in be enabled for teachers to be able to begin class without the hassle to populate email/password each time someone logged out?1 vote -
usb
Re-add a quick option for copying files from the board to an external USB device. It used to be there and it is now more cumbersome to copy files

Sweep Select
Ability to sweep and select multiple files / folders in file management. Easier method than tap and hold / drag and drop. More intuitive like what we use on a cell phone.
