A way to hide settings menu
I would like there to be a way to hide the settings menu from the launch bar. It is extremely nice to be able to turn off sharing, however, it is too easy to be able to activate it by having the settings menu on the launch bar. Perhaps there could be a way to put the menu behind a PIN code or a button sequence press?

SmartBoard Kapp IQ Settings Option
I am using Firmware version: 2.5.18 on about 20 SmartBoard Kapp IQ boards. I would like to request the Settings options be pin protected or harder to get to. These are shared devices and we do not want end users to make changes that can cause compliance or functional issues. Please assist.
1 voteiQ 2.9 now includes a feature to lock down Settings.
Go to Settings → Security → Lock Down Settings.

Can this be used with Android, Windows and iOS please
Good morning all,
Our idea is to make the Screenshare work with all devices, iOS (which I believe already works), Android but most importantly with Windows devices (Windows always gets neglected with it comes to mobile - am not pointing at Smart only but in general).

Security for iQ
It would be great to add security features to the iQ module and the ability to lock down the settings tab so students/teachers cannot access and change settings.

Rename and organize whiteboards
Most of my clients have asked for the saved whiteboard (both in smart Kapp app and those saved in the library to have the ability to name them and save into folders. I have around 200 saved on my phone and I agree it is challenging to find the one you are looking for by date only. Also the ability to forward to another users so they can share yours (ie I am out sick and I can IM my saved file to other employees phone so he can bring it up on whiteboard)

Files (including kapp whiteboards) can be organized into folders in the Files library in iQ starting in version 3.1 (Nov 2018).
There are no plans to update the mobile app to add this functionality, but we hope the capability on the board is useful.
