Keep the links live Hi! I am a French/Prep teacher who goes from Team meeting to Team meeting, but I would like the links to stay active/live somewhere after I leave the class. I need to close the activity and thereby closing the links to a pdf when I go. It would be helpful if the links could stay live somewhere allowing students to continue working after I have left their class.

text box in slide presentation I'd like there to be a text box on every slide for the teacher or presenter to use for teaching purposes. Currently, the only way to have a text box when teaching is to make it collaborative and my students can't handle that kind of freedom!

Pacing When we create slides in SMART Learning Suite, when a slide is set as Handout it should automatically allow students access to that individual page rather than the teacher has to change that allowance. The pacing for the other slides should still stay at teacher.

pacing Having the option to pre set the pacing for specific slides that have handouts on them so it can automatically allow students to access that individual page, rather than the teacher having to switch from Teacher pace to student pace .

Adding the eighth note, separated and two eighth notes joined, under the sheet music manipulative. Please add the eighth notes as well under the music sheet note manipulative or give the option to allow teachers to add other music notes and notations from google

Move students who completed handout and have been checked into a folder. As you are checking student work there should be a button that can be pressed on the teacher end to show it is correct and it won't come up again in work I am checking. When looking for the 2 people who needed help it would be nice not to have to flip through 20+ screens first.

Allow for QR Code or Guest access in live and asynchronous lessons Our district's login information is a lot for a student to remember - in live lessons, students can join as a guest, which is a huge time saver.
For asynchronous lessons (when share link is posted), they must be logged in to their board account. It would be nice to have an option that works better for young students, especially on shared devices where they can't keep their usernames/passwords cached.

Presenter/Speaker Notes!! I've presented/facilitated using SLSO and since there are no presenter/speaker notes I needed to also have my Google Slides open and in Presenter View to use the notes already there. I found it to be quite cumbersome with all the windows: Zoom, SLSO, Presenter View Notes, Google Slide...it was a lot and not easily usable.

Add teacher handout to collaborative workspaces As individual handouts have teacher handouts, is it possible to add similar teacher handout to collaborative workspaces as well? This will facilitate teachers to demonstrate the activity before releasing it to students.

Share the Shout Out responses with the entire class - so everyone can see the answers being added to the board When offering a Shout Out activity, it would be nice if the results would appear for students the same as does for the teacher. This way students can see everyone's contributions to the page at the end of the activity (perhaps after the teacher has been able to view/edit the responses).

Reverse the handout back to view only option Once you have set the page to become an individual handout activity, you are unable to change it back to a view only page. Can you change that?

Voice instead of text When students work collaboratively, I hope they can submit a voice recording instead of typing an answer, such as in "shout it out".

graded submissions It would be nice that all graded or reviewed work would go into a different pile or even be highlighted so when I go back and continue grading, I do not have to spend time looking at the ones I already graded.

Voice instruction for games Just like you can add audio instructions to the pages of the lesson you should be able to add audio directions to a game. If the student can't read and they have no one to read the question for them they are just going to be guessing the answers. Or when playing games like the Monster game the teacher should be able to see the question and be able to read it and everyone move to the next question at the same time.

Good Morning. I'm told Smart Notebook doesn't support shared network drives. I'm having a hard time understanding why Smart Notebook doesn't support shared network drives. If Windows 10 makes said drives available to me, so should Smart Notebook. Expecting a teacher to copy Notebook files from a shared drive to the local drive in order to open is frankly ridiculous. Please correct Smart Notebook to allow teachers to open Notebook files from a shared drive like any other application would. Thanks. John IS Team, Grants Pass School District 7, Oregon

Games interesting to middle school students. I find the images and formatting elementary and wish that there were other options.
