Protect Teacher Passwords
Can you please find a way to protect teacher passwords when logging into an MX series Smartboard? When using the on-screen keyboard, the inputted password character is visible for a short while. Even if moving the on-screen keyboard to the bottom of the screen so that is hidden behind the teacher's body when inputting, some students are still able to see what is being typed.

Do Nows and Exit Tickets that are timed.
Have a slide or part of a worksheet be a timed. We can add our question for students to respond and adjust the time . Students will only have that time to respond before class has moved on.

How can I delete a word I no longer need as I create an activity?
In the Memory Match activity, I wrote a text in a box, but later I wanted to delete the first word. I couldn't. I had to rewrite the entire text. Is there a way to delete the unwanted details of a text?

I would like to be able to add pictures from a web page without downloading them onto m computer
To first download a picture from the internet before I can upload it into my lesson is time consuming. Besides, I don't really need on my computer pictures that I use only in my lessons.

I want to make a full 8 page document editable for students without having to make an activity for each page.
Maybe I just don't know how, but make an entire document or slideshow editable as a lesson instead of each slide. It is confusing for students having to turn in each page and very difficult to grade.

Display names
I would love for my display name when I'm presenting to be my Last name, but when I'm participating in a training I want it to be my first and last name. So when I'm a teacher it shows my teacher name, but when I'm with my staff or in a training it shows my common name.

Make the platform more safe for children.
I used your Bing safe search feature to find an image of a happy face. One of the results was a happy face smoking a joint, with the numbers 4/20 and a marijuana leaf on the image. I teach 2nd grade and do not want them to see this and any other inappropriate material. The ability for students to attach video and images should be optional on/off.

Handouts: Option to add a new page to the lesson from specific student's work
When reviewing a specific student's work in a Handout activity, it would be great if there were a "Create new page from this work" button or something that would add a new page to the lesson that is a clone of that student's work. This way, the teacher could annotate the work and all students would be able to see it in the lesson, not just the student who created it.

Drop requirement for teacher to be logged in at the same time
As we transition to more remote learning, my students need to be able to access the lessons on their schedule, rather than having to work around my schedule. I need to be able to post the assignment, then students choose which lesson they are on (some might not do Assignment 1 until Sunday, but others may choose to do Assignments 1-4 on Monday). I can't be logged in all day, and not to all lessons.

teams integration
Teams Integration used to have the home button on top left of a lesson presented in Teams. It went away and not only shows the three bars displaying options of copying a lesson, sharing, etc. It was nice to have the home button to transition to a different lesson without leaving the SLSO Teams app like it originally was.

More appropriate content & activities for secondary schools
At the moment, SMART is very much targeted at the primary market. The graphics and skins for most activities are a bit babyish for older students.
You might like to consider the approach of the website WordWall and their interactive games...

Post a note to myself on the workspace set up screen
Once I convert the page to the activity, I wish I could write on the "workspace set up" page so that I know that activity has been done or that it is Mondays activity. For example, if I am on Tuesday activity I want to know that that activity is Mondays and that way I don't view it and I skip to the next slide. Somewhere where I can post a note to myself so I remember what the activity is.
