Allow one teacher to have multiple class IDs for students from different sections to connect with their appropriate class
Provide teacher with the ability to have multiple class IDs so that files can be used with various sections that they teach and students can be linked to a particular section.
Thanks for your feedback. We are starting to explore options to make managing multiple classes in Lumio better.

Yes.. this is a fabulous idea. Having all kids under the same assignment makes it hard plus too much time is spend tracking student's work to the right class.

Allow teachers to have more than one class.

We should be able to set up multiple classes and use different IDs for each one. This program is fun to work with but really doesn't work if you have more than 1 class and want to provide them with access to different lessons.

This would help create 2 or 3 differentiated lessons so students could be assigned the appropriate level.

Unbelievable that this is still not a feature.

Could not agree more. This is a must have for secondary teachers

Secondary teachers are finding it challenging to not be able to start and end classes. If they could end a class for one of their teacher codes and start a class with their next teacher code, they’d be able to easily switch between classes. They’d also be able to keep kids from other classes out of lessons meant for other classes. For secondary teachers this is an essential upgrade.

Please embrace teachers who work in high schools / secondary schools - SMART feels like it is designed purely with Primary school teachers in mind (just look at the graphics & themes...).
I teach 14 different classes a week, with over 300 students. The ability to switch between different classes would be awesome, and not have to endlessly scroll through many, many lessons.
Having said that, the ability to have folders within a single class in SLS, would also allow teachers to sort lessons into classes and could be an easy short term compromise.

It would be nice to add a co-teacher like in Google Classroom

I teach high school science. I teach 3 different subjects, Biology, Forensics, and Zoology. I would like to be able to create 3 different classes with 3 different class ids. As it is now, I can see all my students in all activities, even if they are not in the particular class that I created the activity for. I want separate class ids for each of my 3 subjects.

I would like to see students who log in and manage them into classes to assign them tasks.

I’ve been refreshing my Class ID at the end of each class and then sharing the link so students can work on the lesson for homework and attach their material to the lesson. That way, they see their work alone, if I’m correct.

OMG!YESSSS This would be such an essential feature for teachers. With so many classes and "meets" this would be great. If there was a way to connect the code to the google class or meet code, that would be even better for both teachers and students.

or at least be able to use the same ID and organize by class, into folders, period 1, period 2, etc.

So frustrating when students log into the class ID and see FIVE COPIES of the same lesson because I teach five periods of the same topic!

So important for secondary teachers. We need to be able to separate our students into their class periods.

This is a HUGE deal... my district is encouraging us to use Suite instead of Nearpod, but without this feature I can't bring myself to do it.
