So great having the text opportunity, but it should be possible to edit the text

Hi Kristin. You can now edit text you’ve added in Workspace and Handout activities.

It would be nice to edit the font in adding activities. For example, when type the word, you should be able to change the color or font.

I agree. Adding a text box feature would allow my students to create and type their answers in a pdf or other document.
